At our Pasco-Hernando Foot & Ankle podiatry practice, board-certified podiatrist Dr. Lawrence J. Kales always puts your foot health first. Dr. Kales has practiced in West Pasco and Hernando counties since 1979. For your convenience, we have two office locations: Hudson and Spring Hill, FL. Our vision is to provide the highest quality of care to our patients by providing a safe, welcoming, and compassionate environment.
We offer comprehensive, conservative treatment for foot and ankle conditions, including, but not limited to, bunions, corns and calluses, peripheral vascular disease, hammertoes, nail fungus, ingrown toenails, diabetic foot and nail care, and heel care. In addition, we provide digital X-rays and laser treatment for fungal conditions.
We also offer staff accommodations to assist the hearing impaired, and also have bi-lingual staff members.

At Pasco-Hernando Foot & Ankle podiatry practice in Florida, our board-certified podiatrist, Dr. Lawrence J. Kales, leads a talented staff of doctors, certified podiatry assistants, and support staff. Dr. Kales is the founder of both the Bayonet Point location in Hudson and the Spring Hill location, and is proud to say that he has been continually practicing podiatry in Florida since 1979. We believe that every patient deserves friendly doctors and staff who listen and care about your feet and ankles.

Business Owner
Dr. Lawrence J. Kales’ undergraduate degree in biology is from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He graduated in 1977 with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine, and completed his residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. He is Board Certified in Ambulatory Foot Surgery.
Dr. Kales has received high recognition from his peers. He has been named a Diplomate of both the American Board of Ambulatory Foot Surgery and the International College of Podiatric Laser Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Hospital Podiatrists.
Dr. Kales has been proudly practicing podiatry in Florida since 1979. He continually improves his medical skills and always researches the latest technology. He is on staff at Regional Medical Center at Bayonet Point, Morton Plant North Bay Hospital, and Bayonet Point Endoscopy and Surgical Center.
