Horrendous experience with inexperienced and overly aggressive associate at this firm. I had an elderly tenant who became a ward of the court, and this lawyer was a nightmare, too lazy to come to the poor woman’s apartment to take responsibility for her possessions, plus erratic, bullying, and dishonest. Shocked by the whole experience. Folks, make sure you give someone power of attorney when you get older! This law firm seems to have a long history in the Hudson Valley, but if this is an indication of their most recent incarnation, I would have nothing whatsoever to do with them.
