This woman must be independently wealthy because apparently she couldn’t care less to be courteous or helpful to her customers. Not only will I take my framing needs elsewhere, I wouldn’t buy a single pen from the rude, crabby woman. I will never go back.

I’ve visited several times. Shopkeepers are never attentive or helpful and are often so busy chatting with friends I have trouble getting their attention. I prefer the back of The Spotty Dog for art supplies for this reason.

I came into Sketch to buy some patterned tape to do a DIY. I asked the saleswoman if they sold it to which she replied «maybe.» Rather than getting up from behind the register when I was the only customer in the store, she stayed in her seat and yelled directions at me, getting increasingly irritated when I was confused about where she was telling me to look for the tape. Eventually, I found the tape and I brought a few rolls to the register to pay. I decided to write this review because I just sat down to begin my DIY project only to discover that the rolls that I bought aren’t tape at all. There is no adhesive whatsoever between the patterned strip and the white paper strip backing the material. I think that the saleswoman should’ve helped me to locate the tape in the first place but, more importantly, she should’ve known that what she was selling me wasn’t in fact tape and let me know that it wasn’t tape before I spent my money.
