Fixed my perennial plumbing problem … For good! Slow-​draining bathtub.
Prompt and professional. Not strong on verbal/​socializing but hey, he’s a plumber.
Came promptly and returned next day with helper to finish the job with parts needed. Fair price.
This after repeated attempts by Austerlitz (rip-​off!) and Hatfield-​Joyce failed to fix or diagnose cause of problem, tho they charged me plenty for the attempts.
Hawkins said bath drain needs a vent and it will «run like a river.» He unclogged first day, returned 2nd day and installed vent and, sure enough, water ran down like a … river. Case closed.
