Established in 1998.

Attorney Darwin L. Vandevender opened his private practice in March 1998 to offer residents and persons doing business in Lenawee and Hillsdale Counties a full-​service law firm emphasizing quality service. Paralegal Laura A. Wollet joined the firm in May 1998.
