I hired Drvenkar Custom Homes to build my home. The owner, Nicholas «Nick» Drvenkar filed for bankruptcy right at the end and he left me with $ 36,000 worth of debt from unpaid subcontractors and vendors. I found another client of his who was left double that amount as well as an unfinished home. He took the money from the bank and was doing God knows what with it EXCEPT paying for the cost of my home. Very unethical and he has left many people in financial distress over his misuse of our money! If he tries to open up a new business, please beware of the name Drvenkar.
