After a 19 ½ year run in the financial sector leading a Network Engineering Group and an IT Systems Support Group, Rich has founded Pain Point IT Solutions Inc. with the goal of growing partnerships with businesses to help them align IT processes with THEIR vision as well as provide peace of mind; without the expense of hiring additional full-​time IT staff.
