Todd cleaned the turf in our gym (about 3000 square feet worth) as well as the year old horrifically stained carpet the previous tenant left us, and I couldn’t be happier!
He was clear about expectations, up front about price, showed up on time, and his attention to detail was outstanding.
Also, when he says FastDry – he means it! We only had a small window between our morning and afternoon training groups (and all that space to clean) and it was done, stains gone, and dried before our 3pm classes started! Clients loved it and I love that he uses natural/organic/‘green’ products that are safe for our members.

This carpet cleaning company is called FastDry for a reason. When it says fast drying, it really is fast drying! The owner Todd did a wonderful job on our carpet, area rugs, and upholstery furniture. He checked the tags on the furniture and instead of using machinery to clean, the material stated to hand wash so that is what exactly Todd did! I’m sure it would have been faster and easier to use the cleaning tools, but he took his time and did it right.
Nothing was soaking wet for days like other carpet cleaners. It was a matter of approximately two hours or less for all to be dry. The chemicals used are not as harsh as the typical cleaners. Very happy with the service and how everything looks and feels. Thanks Todd for a job well done!

They were recommended to us by our Chamber of Commerce. We have a funeral home with one room so bad I was convinced I should replace the carpet. They completely restored that room and saved me the cost of new carpet. There process leaves no soap or any residue that can attract dirt again.

We had heard about this new approach to carpet cleaning, a friend said it was good so we had high expectations — which is why it was especially impressive when FastDry exceeded our expectations. The carpets were cleaned noticeably better than traditional cleaning and the price was good. The owner Todd is involved with all jobs on site so the work is high quality. We strongly recommend.
