Mr. Sanchez is reimbursement consultant with over 15 years of experience working for major cardiovascular device companies. An area of particular expertise includes U.S. payer assessments and strategic recommendations for obtaining optimal reimbursement for new medical technologies and therapy concepts. Further expertise includes Medicare’s requirements for appropriate coverage, coding and payment in Category B Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) studies. He also has served in the U.S. Air Force, holds a Master’s degree from the College of St. Scholastica, and is a Certified Coding Associate (CCA) through the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
