This is from a long term 7 day taxi service customer… I will ONLY call dispatcher&sometime Driver Sandy&Waldo when I come to Houston which is about every 2 weeks because I am a semi-​truck Driver with 2 sisters in the Houston area. Humble to be exact& they are the Nicest people in Houston with outstanding service!!! They have now hired another Driver to the 7 day family by the name of LILLY!!! SHE IS ALSO A GREAT LADY (as Sandy is) and guys she Very friendly& Sexy!!! I consider Sandy&Waldo close friends of mine& Lilly now is also like Family to me!!! I used then once before, and the driver showed up in the morning to take me to the airport, no problem. But I recently called for pick up in humble to go the west side for someone in no condition to drive. VM answered and promised a call back. I had to leave a message. And they never called me back. With a name like theirs… well, someone needs to be answering the phone or checking messages. If they don’t have a driver available, understandable, at least I’d know right away to call someone else. We wasted a lot of time waiting for a call back (expecting them to call back – it was early evening, not late at night) before looking for other options.

I never knew Humble had a local taxi service. I hated using yellow cab to get back and forth to IAH. But after finding out about this business I’m excited to day I will continue to use them in the future. They were on time and reasonable priced. Very friendly and drove safe. Sandra Torres was easy to communicate with and she alerted you with text, which is convenient. The drivers had vans, which were very clean and smelled nice. They pick you up on the regular pick up side not taxi side. Highly recommended.

I attempted to call them, and the woman over the phone willingly hung up on me. Granted my trip was not far, it is still very rude. My car was in the shop and I needed them, they refused to allow me to use their service.

I’ve been using 7 days Can service for some time now and I am very impressed with them. Always on-​time, clean vehicles, Awesome staff. Used yellow cab a few weeks back and what a mistake that was, dirty cab. The driver looked like she lived out of it; not to mention the fare to the airport was more. 7 days is the way to go.

Absolutely wonderful service! I felt stranded at my last minute hotel I booked in Humble for a 10 hour layover as there was no taxi in sight, let alone any car or foot traffic. I stumbled upon this company and gave them a call. A woman answered and let me know she could have a car here in 15 minutes. The gentleman who arrived was very prompt, polite, and friendly. It was such a breathe of fresh air after having a terrible airport taxi experience just a few hours prior. I would highly recommend utilizing this service for it’s pleasantness, efficiency, and affordability!

I have used other taxi services in the Kingwood area to take me to the airport and 7 Day Taxi is the best! The service is family owned and operated by Sandy and Waldo. They are prompt, courteous, friendly, and reliable. What more could one ask for?! The cars they drive are typically minivans that appear clean and reliable. A nice touch also is that they play classical music or something that’s not too intrusive for your listening pleasure on the way to the airport.
OH, I also need to mention that their prices are extremely reasonable! I live at the far back end of Kingwood and find that their prices are better than any taxi service I have ever used. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent and prompt service from Sandy! Definitely my my best taxi experience in Houston and I have tried them all! Only wish I would have found them sooner! Definitely going to be using then again for future transportation needs!
