First time having eyelash extensions applied. Was pleased overall, but technician did not seem concerned with customer satisfaction. Right eye looked very sparse in comparison to left and was told my master tech that next time she would apply less to that eye. In search of a great eyelash studio not content with a somewhat good experience.

I switched locations because of me moving. The technician didn’t really ask me how I wanted my lashes, and told me I needed my previous lashes removed. They over charged me and within three days I had tons of my lashes falling out. I followed all of the suggestions. But it’s been less than 2 weeks and all of my lashes have fallen out. Have had them before. Not worth the price here.

It is hard to say that a product will make you feel more beautiful, but I do believe that eyelash extensions make my face look different. Maybe I’m happier with them, I’m not sure. I was the lucky recipient of a free full mink set from a Unilocal Elite Event here and I’ve been back ever since. I always book my appointments with their master stylist Michelle and she has the steadiest hands ever. I even drive out to this location since I only trust her with my eyelashes. I follow everything they say regarding the care and maintenance of the lashes and I’ve had a great experience. The only negative comment I’d say is that ever since Jeanetly left, I feel like the front desk isn’t the same. Also, the mink lashes are luxurious, but they are delicate and most recently, I have had a better experience and longevity with the regular synthetic lashes. I am a fan and addict!

Would never get them again, at least here. They talked me into purchasing products that did not work & the lashes began falling out immediately. Less than a week later I almost have none left. I followed their instructions of not getting wet for 48hrs and only using dial foaming wash to clean them. Terrible
After receiving a notification from your company with an apology and to fix my lashes, I was still not contacted in any further capacity.
The manager finally contacted me, she was very apologetic and set me up w/​a master stylist for a new set of lashes for no charge. I’m very pleased w/​the outcome and would recommend this place again w/​master stylist. Jeanetly (sp?) could not have been nicer and even followed up a few days later. So because of their customer service I will be going back to get refills on my lashes! Thk u!

I was a bit skeptical about getting my lashes done as I’ve heard mixed reviews from friends who have tried them before at other locations. While getting my hair done next door I thought I would stop by to get some information and I was sold! The front desk was very helpful with the million questions that I had so much that I booked the next day. As I write this review I am going on 2 weeks and my lashes still look great! My stylist Michelle suggested booking for two weeks later but I will be waiting another week. If my refill goes as good as the first time I will be signing up for there membership. Overall experience has been amazing!!!

BIG UPDATE: Initial review was the wrong location. It should have been the Humble location. However, KUDOS to store Mgr. Bethany Mills following up on my review (never registered complaint directly to store) Bethany contacted me and offered a FREE lash replacement. She stated they had some «bad glue.» My lashes were applied by a different technician (Treykia) She did an AMAZING job. 9 days later… I’ve only lost 1 lash. And… they look AMAZING! Thnks for the Overall Great Customer service shown. I have a COMPLETELY NEW ATTITUDE about this company. I WILL continue to give them my business and highly recommend to others as well.

My experience was great, from the moment I was greeted at the door tell the very end of the appointment. My stylist was very sweet and did an amazing job on my lashes. I will refer my friends and return soon for my touch up.
