I had them do $ 1300 worth of work on my car. 3 weeks later my alternator and cooling fan belt that they put on fell off. I was stuck on the side of the road and called them to get them to fix it, and they wanted me to pay for the tow so they could fix their mistake. I will never be using them again!!! Also their manager was being very rude and needs to learn how to talk to customers.

I had a tire rotation on my car and the price was $ 40, later found out National Tire does it for less than half the price, aniway service was not so great not soo friendly, chairs to wait were uncontrouble, wait time was ok but need to work on the prices to match the market and a better customer service would help.

I went there for a state inspection thinking it was going to be quick and easy. They told me that the computer is not reading the engine module. So they told me I need a engine diagnostic 3 hours later. I get a call saying I need a new computer and it will cost me $ 900. I told them I wanted a second opinion so I brought it to the Ford dealer for the state inspection found out that nothing was wrong with the computer passed my state inspection and they even found a recall on a part and repaired it the same day. So after being a long time customer sorry to say Firestone but you losing a loyal customer. I will also be doing a charge back.
