Worst service.
There’s only two tellers.
I came in to deposit a check and there was a long line.
Slow service and when I asked to get my bank statement printed out.
The lady had the audacity to tell me they charge $ 6 to print out.
Like really ?! You have this long line only two people working and you have the audacity to tell me you guys charge for a service you need to provide.
Thanks a lot Lady thanks to you I’m switching to a better bank.

Humble, TX
With a Chase Bank on both sides of the street in this area, I generally only choose this location if I don’t want to cross over to the other one on the 59⁄69 feeder. This location is smaller, has HORRIBLE speed bumps and seems older. It also only has 3 outside teller lanes, whereas the other one has maybe 10. Tellers are all friendly at both locations, but the main bank on the other side is bigger and has more going on.
