My hair is my favorite feature, It hits my lower back and is pretty thick. The first time I visited the salon a year ago I asked for just a half an inch trim since I was continuing to grow my hair out more. The stylist(first chair guy) seemed to be pretty nice and made small talk with me. When the session was over he had cut WAY more than half an inch, and to make it worse he CUTMYHAIR at an angle going down my back, WHICHWASNOTWHAT I ASKED! This gave an appearance of shorter hair. I was so devastated and very upset. A couple of weeks ago I went back for a trim, hoping and praying they won’t create something that I DIDN’T ASKFOR right before my high school gradation. Same guy cut my hair, this time he did asked if I wanted my hair cut down at an angle. Irritated remembering back to a flashback I said no. I only wanted a half an inch trim. No surprise here, he cut about a good 2 inches off. I told him that’s not what I wanted and he told me he just wanted to get the dead ends off. I already had a treatment for my ends,(which wasn’t all too bad). I was again very upset by this. I advise you to stay away from Cruz and David’s. They can’t follow simple orders from customers or they’re just really bad at math measurements. I WILLNEVERGOBACK. Waste of time and money.

I’ve been coming here, to the original and now this location, for awhile now and I’ve never had any issues. For me, that’s good! Olga is very professional, pleasant, and excellent at doing my hair. And I don’t feel as though I’m paying through the nose to look good, like at most salons!
