Quick and efficient service. Will was very courteous and we were in and out in about an hour. My tires were under warranty so I was able to get in, get my spare off and new tire on! We arrived at 8am on Friday and there were a couple of people at the doors waiting in line and they were able to get in and out as well.
One note, if you would like to make a reservation for a morning drop off that is an option, simply call and let them know. Most appointments made for drop offs and pick ups.
They close at 6pm so pray you don’t get a flat at 5:30pm like I did.
Great customer service always. 5 starts.
Coffee cups could be bigger but that is just me being greedy.

I have never had a problem getting my problem solved/​fixed with any of the Discount Tire stores. They stand behind their warranty. I had a very bad slow leak in my tire and they replaced it with a new tire. The next day I heard a noise coming from that tire so I called them on Monday and they told me to come in and they will take a look it at. Since there was a store close to where I work I took it there instead.
They had no problem with looking at it even though they were not the ones to do the original work. I was in and out of there within an hour and they fixed the problem.
