Asked for no crease in pants that have an obvious permanent crease as a part of the style. Pants came back with an extra crease running alongside the permanent one. They re-​did the pants twice after that initial mess-​up before finally getting it right. No apology, no discount. What part of «no crease» did they not understand?! Poor service all the way around.
