After a bad experience with an oil change from this location where they cross-​threaded the drain plug and I proceeded to slowly leak oil, I gave them another chance.
There was an issue and the manager was called to talk to us about it. After calmly explaining the situation to the manager and telling him we would not be returning, without even raising our voices or becoming angry, he proceeded to become aggressive, loud, and continually ask if we were threatening him. No threats were even issued nor were we speaking in a threatening tone. Pretty scary behavior for someone in charge. Just confirmed my desire to never return.

I’d give a negative review if I could. $ 40 + suv up charge (my patriot is smaller than my sonata) and there’s armour all splotches everywhere, streaks on the glass, and the best part is the debris still on the seats and floor mats. After 30 mins of trying to get them to fix it I gave up and left. So frustrating.

First time there, they hot ALL the bugs I brought with me on the drive from ATX. Staff was friendly even at the end of what was probably a long day. It was beautiful out so I’m sure they had been busy.

Their most expensive hand wax is $ 90, but my wife was charged an extra $ 60 for something special she didn’t ask for. Their customer service attitude is horrible and made her pay extra. This hasn’t happened to me, so Kingwood women with decent cars beware of swindling.

I bought the express detail package, and they said something about a wax. I thought it was part of the package, but it turned out to cost an extra 60. They also conveniently didn’t give me a receipt up front so I didn’t know what they were doing. I paid it since they had already done the work by the time I found out, but I definitely won’t be going back. Be careful, I feel like I was completely taken advantage of!

Flagship car wash scratched by brand new 2015 Escalade on all four sides and will not take responsibility. When I brought it to there attention I was told to sue them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!

Always polite, they get the job done for a good price. Almost always busy, the car wash is pretty comprehensive and I always walk away happy.
Usually I come here for either the state inspection or to get my oil changed (pro tip-​go to their website and get an oil change coupon (PRINT first– no digital copies accepted)
When you get service done next door, you always get a free car wash. Pretty good deal in my opinion.

Flagship Carwash does a great job washing your car for a very reasonable price. For a regular wash without too many «bells and whistles» they’ve gotten my car ready in less than 15 minutes each time I’ve gone. I’ve never had my oil changed at Flagship as I take my car to my regular mechanic for that service. As an added bonus they have two television sets that are usually tuned to different stations and they do not force one to watch FOXNews (which I find obnoxious) on the inside or blaring rock music on the outside (which frays my nerves) as their competition on Northpark does.

I’m really surprised at the other reviews. I just went there today for the first time now that Cale’s closed down. I’m very pleased w/​my car, especially the interior… I’ve never seen it cleaner on the inside! My radar detector & gps were still there when I left.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend. He’s been going to this car wash for a while now, but he will NOT be going back. Earlier this year, he left some change in his car and the employees there stole it while they were doing the car wash. Then last week, they stole his brand new GPS. For the first incident, he called the place to speak to a manager, but they refused to put him/​her on the phone. He only got a response when he went there in person. As far as cleaning, they do a pretty decent job, but they have untrustworthy employees that steal from their customers.
