Hello,
This place does not REFUND or EXCHANGE any hair items even if there is a defect with the item. There are signs on the door AFTER you make your purchase. STEPHANIE is the manager and refuses to make any exception or give the owner name.
Make sure of you get something you really want/need. Selling this stupid cheap unused wig on Amazon.
I needed something to temporarily cover my hair while visiting Humble Tx area.
