Established in 1996.

Lugam Mechanical was started in 1996 as LG Home Services, the name was changed in 2012 due to more commercial and industrial services added, we still do a fair amount of residential work so we have kept both names for now, we specialize in residential, commercial and industrial service, repair, replacement, new installations and properly designed hvac systems from town homes and high end custom homes to industrial warehouses, restaurants and shopping centers, we are also heat pump certified since 1995.

I have been in the hvac industry for 30 years, i was 15 when i started from the bottom as a helper, worked for several hvac companies until 1996 when i took the state license exam and passed it the first try, i consider myself to be in the 5% of the best hvac technicians in the country, the other 95% are part changers, salesman and kids that have no idea how a properly installed hvac system works, i will provide the highest level of service and comfort to your home or business, and will continue to bring my customers the quality of service they have grown to expect, my team has unparalleled customer care as our top priority and will be your hvac partner for life, call and ask for Louis, i would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
