Super 8 Motel Humble

Staying here for a week, while doing some work at the New Costco here in humble, I travel a lot for costco and stay at an assortment of hotels with my 8 employees. Which is 4 rooms for 7 nights, I politely ask the night shift manager if he could please just put my room on the first floor. Stating that the other rooms didn’t matter. At which he said he’d «try» of course he didn’t. Saying that he wasn’t able to. There’s 7 cars in the parking lot one of which is mine, one the managers and one his friend that’s with him. (So there’s 4 cars) Usually I’m not one to complain, I own a business and completely understand, but when I’m spending a couple thousand dollars at a hotel I’d certainly appreciate a little common courtesy. I’ll be in Lafayette, Louisiana next week and will avoid super8 from this point forward, I’d advise you to do the same.

Everything was going great. Nice motel. Good price. We had a noon checkout. We had the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door. Then at 11:25, housekeeping comes banging on the door and ruined our final lovemaking session. What good is a Do Not Disturb sign, even one in 6 different languages? Will notify Super 8 headquarters of our bad experience.

This is not that awesome.
I was put on the third floor and supposedly had a KING sized bed. I don’t think so.
The only good thing about this place was that it has a shuttle servive day and night to and from the airport.
getting a priceline price of 69.99 was not that special. The neighboring hotels are really really close. A holiday inn and an Americas best value. The television has dish network, and even though the rooms are big, theyre’ big for what? a blow up kids pool?
The pool wasn’t open. so for this to have a price that after taxes exceed 80.00…just not worth it. Its far far away from lots and lots of things.
if you wqnted to take a stroll outside, you’de pass through a mess of construction, see a waffle house, a jack in the box and two gas stations that offer two totally different prices on cigarettes.
definitely not that awesome. and all the backpage women, they were not gonna drive to it, for their asking price, of 100 to 150 roses.

Staff was extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly! Good service!
The motel itself was well-​maintained and clean. The room was also very clean, nothing weird about the sheets, bathroom, or anything!
Waffles, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, and juice for breakfast.
Overall, a solid last minute choice when stranded in Houston! No complaints at all, especially considering the price!
