My best friend and I come here often. Food is good, the staff is a hit or miss though. Either they are super busy and you can’t get anyone to help or they are super slow and they are constantly in the back talking. Food is good though.

My favorite restaurant as of now, although I get the same thing everytime, I’m never let down. Healthy, fresh, and reasonably priced.

V Bistro is one of my go-to spots during lunch. I always order to-go because there is ALWAYS a waiting line that curves out the entrance doors. I always order the Hot & Spicy Phở with an order of Egg Rolls. Both are very tasty and much better than these mediocre places around town. Give it a try if you are around the area, you won’t be disappointed.

Yessss!!! OMG! I am not a fan of «PHO», so I cannot review that. But OMG they have«Stir Fried Chicken and Broccoli». WOW! I was licking my fingers! hahaha The staff is VERY sweet! A lady was breast-feeding her baby and the staff said nothing and neither did the customers. It was weird to me, but everyone just carried on LOL The restaurant is so «Asian», simple, and clean. So, I never get it to-go. I like to eat inside and enjoy the cuteness :)

Best place in Humble, and probably in Houston. Staff are great and the food keeps us coming back!

The food is good. Phở, egg roll & spring rolls are delicious. I wouldn’t go during lunch hours on weekdays because it gets PACKED. This is a «slow weekend» eating spot for me.

Americanized a bit, but still tasty. I wish they would’ve offered more bean sprouts, basil & cilantro with their phÔ.

My favorite spot for phở! I love this place. Always great customer service and the food is always on point. Their Thai tea is delicious. Only downside is that they close early so it makes it hard to have that late night craving of phở.

This place is disgusting and the people that own it are a disgrace. I used to like coming here. In fact, my family and I supported them for years despite their mediocre food. Their owner has finally shown their true colors. They do not value customers. In fact, we have heard that they talk bad about their customers and goes as far as trying to ruin the family and reputation. So please don’t continue to support their business.

Stopped by for lunch worried since it was packed. Came in with my parents. My father has dietary restrictions. The waiter was prompt, food was fast and they were able to accomodate my dads dietary restrictions. Awesome! We enjoyed a delicious meal and basically was able to get out in about 30 mins. Thats quick!!!

The staff is always very pleasant and service is fast. You can be in and out in 30 minutes. Busy around lunch hours so be prepared for a short wait. Seating is close together so not the best for an intimate meal. Very well priced. Average $ 10 per person I get the spicy beef phở every time I come, It’s fantastic! Caution: VERYSPICY, it’s the best cure for a stuffy nose. The beef is sometimes undercooked but will finish in the bowl; the temperature is always hot! Don’t hesitate to ask for no tripe. The spring rolls are delicious compared to other places Ive tried. The rice paper is not too thick so you get the full flavor of what’s inside. The hot green tea is very good(jasmine is my favorite).

We drive to the airport frequently and this restaurant is fairly close to it. We decided to try it since we like Vietnamese food. «Bistro» is a good name for it. Kid friendly, fast service, and fresh food without spending a lot of money. We will dine here again. :)

First time here we ordered the Phở Beef and also the Spicy. With two drinks it was only $ 20 and it was good! The spicy was really spicy so FYI and also check out my pic. The bistro could be maintained better as the floor was kind of dirty but it was all good. We will be back!

This is a very modest-looking Viet/Asian-inspired restaurant, right at the edge of Humble and US-59. We always see this restaurant on the way to Jason’s Deli, but in the 9 years of living in the area, have never stopped in. That changed this last weekend. The restaurant is really one big room, with the kitchen and wait station in the back. It’s not fancy, but it is not a dive. We were greeted warmly and just took a seat on our own as it seemed to be relatively busy. Service was prompt, but very run of the mill. You are kind of on your own to choose what you want from the menu with pictures and numbers. Very little was offered in the way of suggestions. Thai tea was strong – much stronger and not as sweet as I have had it at other places. It had a dollop of whipped cream on the top that smoothed out the flavor, but not enough. Also, it came pre-stirred. I am used to having the milk and tea separated and then I mix together myself – just another visual treat that was missing in this dish. We got right to ordering as we were starving. I ordered the B6(vermicelli, grilled chicken breast, shrimp, raw Phở veggies and an egg roll). It came in a huge dish and was relatively bland(no seasoning on chicken, vermicelli was not salted). (an interesting trend I note in restaurants in this town is that they either over-salt or no-salt … there seems to be no middle ground). Luckily, they had a service tray on the table with a tongue-scorching red sauce(like Sriracha, but not different) and two other sauces. A little soy sauce also rounded out the flavor. Oh, yeah, the fish sauce was strong, but not rank. Either you love it or hate it. I tend to be one that really likes fish sauce, but in moderation and using the ‘dip’(not the ‘pour’) method. All, in all, this wasn’t a bad restaurant, but I have encountered better food and service from other Phở/Vietnamese restaurants that are just as unassuming and modest. If you’re hungry, try your luck, but don’t be disappointed if you’re disappointed.

This review is specifically for the phở and other soups. Oh V Bistro… what a shame you are unfortunately. I came here when they first opened a while back and was excited to hear about a new phở place. I ordered the combination phở and lets just say I was very disappointed. Went back a couple days ago to see if it’s changed… and nothing. The broth and overall flavor of the soup is not authentic. Noodles are not prepared right. Hardly any meat given to you. Most of all, way overpriced for the quality and quantity. I am a HUGE Vietnamese cuisine fan and have eaten it for years, and I know what good Vietnamese food is. Unfortunately, the phở at v bistro is not part of that group. If you are looking for authentic phở, head down the street to Phở An. If you are looking to eat Americanized, tasteless, worthless phở just to look«cool,» then eat it here.

This place is pretty good. The food is generously portioned and well priced. In general, it’s a loud lunch spot, though. If you’re going to have conversation over lunch, there are better places, like next to a freeway.(Just kidding, but it is loud.) Everything I tried was good. Their bo luc lac is not quite the way I like it, but it was tasty. Their meat was really tender. The vegetarian spring rolls were decent as well. I think they could have added a little more flavor to the rolls with more herbs, but their peanut sauce was good. The clear broth soup is tasty and I will probably go back for that, if nothing else.

I have been here enough times that most of the wait staff know I always order the phở and a strawberry smoothie with tapioca. The phở is OK for the area but the size of the bowl is a little smaller than what you may be used to if you eat in Bellaire. I didn’t notice the maximum seating capacity, but the restaurant is a little on the smaller side. Lunch time can be pretty crowded. I usually go after the lunch crowd or before the dinner crowd and get a table right away. Overall, I’d say V Bistro stays in the weekly food rotation due to the responsive staff, quickly served and decent food, and being the only place in Humble that I can find a strawberry smoothie with tapioca.

This place was a pretty average place for me. I’ve been to a number of Vietnamese restaurants, and based off of price and quality of food, this place didn’t stand out at all to me. I think everything was a tad over-priced. My favorite dish I had was the crab Rangoon. It was very crispy, yet creamy on the inside. The Phở, which I crave on colder days, was blander than most broths than I’ve had and the portion was smaller. Most places have a large for approximately $ 6.75 while this place had a medium-sized portion for $ 6.95!

First and last… Well I wanted to try out this place since it’s close to home and I see that a lot of people come in being that this is the only Vietnamese place for miles. So I come I have to wait to wait to be seated next to the small entrance, so the waiter try’s to sit us down on a dirty table so I asked to be seated else where and my second table was somewhat clean smh my table was kinda sticky and even the menus was sticky, the chairs around the place was dirty and ripping of the fabric. So I ordered the coconut juice which was pretty refreshing and delicious. For the appetizer I ordered the crab Rangoon(note: there are pictures on the menu and window that shows at least 8 pieces of crab Rangoon) but I only got 4 which tricked me into believing that there was 8 from what I have seen on picture. But I will not lie they where really good nice and crunchy and the dipping sauce went well with it & For my meal I ordered the rice platter w/grilled pork chops even though my food was served on a cracked and chipped plate my pork chops was delicious. All I can say is the cleanliness of the place needs to be up to par the dining furniture needs to be repaired if not updated. There is plenty of parking outside this place is in a good location and I’m sure gets a lot of business. The food was good but everything else well whatever, who ever has been here more then I have would know what I’m talking about. 2stars
