A couple of my girlfriends and I went here the other night for dessert and were very happy with our experience. Our waitress was really nice, and the desserts were great!

I was really debating between 3 and a 4. It’s really very close to 3.5 stars, but a tad closer to 3 then a 4. I have been coming to this location for more than 20 years. I have seen a lot of ups and downs. The food is pretty good, but the service and the time it takes for the food has been going down hill for a while. The bread here is always really good! I highly recommend it. It’s always fresh and normally warm/hot. The restaurant was fairly crowded when we walked in. My dad was already here and seated when I walked in with my mom. My dad likes to order the Rigatoni abruzzi, roasted peppers, Italian sausage, meatballs, chicken, no pasta. He ordered this tonight. I highly recommend this dish if you are looking for something spicy and trying to cut down on your carbs and not eat pasta. I have had this quite a lot and it’s pretty good. My dad and I both got a house salad. I didn’t like that they just put the dressing on it. But in their defense, I forgot to ask for it on the side. I normally get the kranti salad dressing. It’s a red wine vinaigrette, which is fat free. My mother and I had the brick oven stuffed salmon, Cajun style. Salmon fillet stuffed with shrimp, mozzarella, sautéed onion, celery and garlic. Baked in their brick oven and served with roasted red potatoes and asparagus topped with Romano cheese. I don’t recall the shrimp. My mother and I both enjoyed the salmon dish. My mother rated it 4 out of 5 stars. I agreed it was pretty good. The problem was we ordered at 710, and didn’t get the food until 8. The waitress came to the table about 10 – 15 minutes before we finally got the food and apologized for the delay. She said they had a party of 35. My dad did note to me he has been having food service problems for a while here. The service with drinks was pretty good. I do however have a pet peeve of a waiter/waitress giving you a fresh glass of what you are drinking when you aren’t finished and she doesn’t ask you if you want more? Just gives it anyway. Weird pet peeve maybe? The waitress took money off the check without any complaining from us and that was really nice and smart. My dad and I both got cappuccinos. The cappuccino was a little bit too strong. I would say it was good that the cappuccino did come out within a couple minutes. Overall, the food is pretty good. They really need to work on their service with how long it takes the food to cone out.

I have been to this Bertuccis before and never had an issue. Tonight, a friend and I went for dinner and the experience was much to be desired. First of all the server did not come over to the table for over 10 minutes then finally introduced herself. She got us our drinks and took our orders. When my food came out, it was burnt on one side. My friend ordered a calzone and there was barely, if any cheese in it. I will definitely not be going back here again.

They’re pretty good here. Quick service and they keep the bread coming. Food is just like all other Berrucci’s. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

I have always been a fan of Bertucci’s — their Tuscan Wings and Sausage soup are my favorites on the menu and a common lunch order on a typical work week for me being that this particular location is a few blocks away from my office. One thing I believe needs attention is the website ordering, although I know it is not this specific location’s fault as it is a company wide issue so I will not fault my score for this nor make this a focus in this review… I just believe it needs an overhaul. In late January I had my first«bad» experience, and my last one as well. The container that my take out order was in looked like it had dropped to the floor as it was dirty on the outer rim and cracked. I have ordered from this location dozens of times in the last few months with no problems so I was very shocked to see this. I sent a letter to the corporate office trying to reach out to the GM to bring this issue to his attention and to my surprise he contacted me IMMEDIATELY fully apologetic and immediately corrected the issue. I came in to personally see Pablo [after anonymously eating a meal to make sure that the problem was fixed] and he took the time to chat with me and thanking me for bringing up the issue so it could be corrected. I have been back several times, both in person and through lunch orders, and have yet to have another bad experience. Great job, Pablo. I am impressed. I am very glad I gave you a chance to make it right and have benefited by not missing out on my favorite lunch time meal anymore!

Pizza and food is great, but service is exceptional. The waitress was beautiful and kind, always attentive and polite. I also like the décor. Something unbelievable in a chain restaurant.

Bertucci’s hosted a bridal shower for my daughter and everything was excellent. The service was great, management was great, and the food was great. Highly recommend small to mid size catering here at Bertucci’s.

We went for a late lunch just in time to still get the free salad rolls and dipping oil. The 3 of us shared an ultimate Bertucci’s large pizza for $ 18.99. This was hands down the best Bertucci’s Brick oven pizza we have eaten from all the Bertucci’s around the country. Were the stars aligned? I don’t know but the pizza is evenly divide into sections of sausage, a section of ham, section of chicken and a section of meatballs. Each section had enough meat to make a generous sandwich out of the amount piled on each section. The crust was warm stretchy and full of wood oven flavor. Our waitress was friendly and prompt with refills of rolls, salad and beverages. We had to compliment them for an unexpected wonderful lunch. The manager came over after he had heard we were enthralled with his pizza and told us about the pride he has in his chefs. This pizza is so large and filling we had 2 slices to take home. Nice job Pizza Guy.

Went on a Friday night so I expected a wait time… decided to continue and waited 45 minutes for a table for 3. Finally got seated only to wait an additional 20 minutes for our waitress to show up. She never did so we showed ourselves to the door and spent our hard earned money somewhere else. This place is an absolute embarrassment and shame on you for ignoring my warning.

The only thing I’ve ever had at Bertucci’s is the complimentary rolls and the pizza so that’s all my review is based on. About 90% of the time we go we get either a Margherita or a chicken Margherita pizza(from the Neapolitan side of the pizza menu). It is really yummy. The rolls that come out before your meal are also delicious. They are pizza dough formed into balls and served hot from the oven with an olive oil with some delicious herbs and spices. Seriously, I could go here and eat rolls and nothing else and I’d be happy. But I really like the pizza too. With lunch you will get free salad, but that does not apply to dinner. The service is generally all right. We haven’t had any bad experiences here. Expect to have a bit of a wait time on a weekend evening. But really the rolls are so worth it!
