very, very disappointed! first, the lady doing my nails ripped my acrylics when i was getting a re-fill. OUCH!!! second, after she was done ripping my nails off, she didn’t even give me a new set of nails! third, she charged me $ 5 extra for getting my nails ripped off! fourth, when she was shaving my nails, she made me bleed! fifth, at the top of my nails, they weren’t painted and looked horrible! sixth, my nails felt like sandpaper on the end of my nails! seventh, when she was trimming my nails, she made them wayyyyyy to short. eighth, when she made me dry my nails, they burned like they were on fire! i wanted to cry! ninth, she made my nails all different lengths. tenth, very nice workers at «Cyndi’s Nails & Spa» but they have a little sass! im really sorry i have to write this review:(worst experience of my life. i would NOT recommend going to this nail salon.

I have been here before and this time I had a horrible experience. first, my nails felt like sand paper. second, they were chipped and smudged. third, she cut my nails too short. fourth, she made me bleed. that’s not it, fifth, she cut me with the razor. sixth and final, they’re very nice workers but only if the want to be. I apologize for having to write this review but it’s true. over all I do not recommend.

Again, another fab refill and gel polish… all the techs there are excellent… just let them know what you need and they accommodate you! Love this place… believe me, I am such a princess about my mani pedi!

LOVELOVELOVE Cyndis! I can’t speak any higher of this place! Cyndi did my manicure and pedicure last saturday and my nails just started chipping yesterday(Thursday). I am super picky about my nails so I usually do them myself but when I am up in the area, I can’t pass up the chance to go to Cyndis. I wish they would move to center city! :)

I have been a customer at Cyndi’s Nails since they began… an entire 18 years! I find the prior review completely ABSURD! Never have I had a problem with my polish. My experiences began on Bustleton Avenue way back in the day. The entire staff is wonderful, professional and extremely courteous. In addition the salons are spotless. All instruments are autoclaved and perfectly clean. For convience, I started going to the Cyndi’s on County Line Road. I can’t help but believe the service and quality are anything but excellent. The customer who had a problem with her polish MUST have touched or used some type of chemical for that to have happened. I will continue to have my nails done here for many years to come! Kudos to all the employees, owners, and Cherry, my manicurist! Continued great service!

UPDATE– very weird but the nail polish peeled off most of my toes as soon as it hit water in the pool on my vacation. It’s not my first time getting s pedi before vacation and his never happened. I want to say this had something to do with their nail polish. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — I feel like I’m cheating on my manicurist, who I love dearly, so it was not easy for me to leave this review. This place I feel deserves it however. I called to make a very last minute appointment for a pedicure in an hour of my son’s dance lesson. I came in a few minutes early and they were already waiting for me. I saw people sitting in the waiting area, so I was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t decide to squeeze someone else in before me. The salon is very nice. Clean. Modern and large. They have a nice selection of nail polishes and gels as well as a large selection of Vinylux nail polishes. Cherry, the young woman who did my pedicure was very sweet. She was very gentle and extremely thorough. She really took her time actually. It took almost 45 minutes and we talked the whole time which made the time pass very quickly. Overall I am extremely happy with my pedicure and pricing and actually don’t have a single complaint.
