The company is a family-​run business dedicated to reliability, professionalism and prompt and courteous service. Owners Robert and Teresa Shirey purchased the company in 1997 after Robert had worked with the company for several years.

When the owner decided to retire, Robert made the leap and purchased Ridgewood Tree Service, infusing his own special brand of customer attention, doubling sales in his first year with personalized service, an excellent work ethic and great turnaround times
