Omar is amazing… he takes the time to explain and help you understand your car problems. His prices are fair and he never chargers for anything other than what is needed to be fixed. I highly recommend Omar… would trust him with any of my or my family car issues. Try him and you will not be disappointed.

Omar is the best. I forgot to write a review a few months back and am writing this as I get ready to head back for my next tune up. He was honest and straight to the point about the repairs necessary for my car. My old Nissan needed a few things but he helped to tell me what had to be done right away to keep the car safe and understood I couldn’t afford to spend too much at once. He had given me a second opinion as I no longer trusted my old mechanic and told me exactly what was needed. After spending a lot of money, he even credited me with labor, since he had to go back and order another part and have me come back a second time.
I highly recommend Omar and 1stop, they will take care of you and you will feel comforted in the great service!

The best auto shop in Orange County! We’ve been coming to Mr. Omar for years with all of our family cars, trucks, and RV needs. He does all amazing work, and can fix any problem your vehicle is having. It really is a great shop, and Mr. Omar always puts the customers needs first.

When I came to a full stop and started to proceed, my truck barely moved and didn’t start to gain speed until going about 20 mph. I dropped my 2005 Nissan Frontier off at the dealer I had bought it from to have the problem resolved. I received a phone call the next day saying I needed a new radiator and transmission — $ 5,200. I proceeded to call my good friend Gary and he gave me the phone number for Omar at One Stop Complete Auto service in Huntington Beach. I explained to Omar what had happened and what the Nissan dealer was telling me. He told me to have my truck towed to his shop and he would look into the problem. When my truck arrived, Omar texted me to let me know. Wow! That’s customer service. He confirmed what the Nissan dealer had told me but said that the transmission did not need to be replaced. Omar in the end saved me $ 2,000 and the transmission works perfectly. He repaired the problem not replaced the problem like the dealer wanted to do. During the time that Omar had my truck he kept in constant contact with me informing me of the next step he would take to solve the issue. One Stop Complete will be servicing my truck for the remainder of years that I own it.

Omar is the best. Took my wife’s Lexus here for service. Dealer wanted over $ 500. Our bill was $ 87. Fixed my Merc SUV with 264 000 miles on it. Saved me a ton. Our new mechanic for life!

Omar is knowledgeable, professional, and fair. I don’t know a lot about cars, so it’s important for me to take my car to someone who will explain things clearly without being condescending or misleading. I also do a lot of research when there is something wrong with my car, and I have found that Omar’s prices are always comparable and fair.
The shop is located in a convenient location. There is a shopping center right down the street, which is a nice spot if you have to wait a bit. However, my car has always been ready in the timeline given to me, so that has never been an issue either.
Omar is easy to reach and he returns phone calls quickly. And finally, he will never recommend anything that makes no sense in terms of repairs. He has built an honest business and I really respect people like that. Lucky to have found 1 Stop Complete Auto Care.

It looks like Omar is going to save my wife and I $ 2,000 on her Toyota RAV4 by inspecting the transmission and Not needing a new one!

My husband and I keep trying different auto shops in the area and they keep wanting to push more services on us — you are never quite sure if they are truly needed (I have a receipt from another shop ONE YEAR ago that told me I needed to change my breaks — yet I was fine for another year). I had my van at another shop getting tires rotated and they told me I needed front breaks AND a break fluid flush. When I called 1 Stop, Omar quoted a great price for the breaks, so we gave them a try. I took my van in. When he called me to confirm the services needed, he told me my break fluid was fine for another 10,000 miles and thus saved me $ 80+ that the other shop would have charged me. Very happy with honest, affordable and quick service.

I’ve had my car worked on here (by Omar) 2 times now. Both times, I was offered amazing customer service and honest answers. I usually don’t trust mechanics but I’ll be taking my car to this place from now on. The pricing was also very reasonable. You’d be a fool to take your car any place else.

Needed new brakes. Found these guys on Unilocal with great reviews so I took the chance and was not disappointed! Omar has amazing customer service skills. He picked up my car and dropped it back off when I told him I was stuck at home with a sick 3 year old. I actually had to bring the car back as the brakes felt weird to me, and at that point Omar gave me new front rotors to make me happy, and it did just that. Thanks for the great service and brake job! I recommend these guys wholeheartedly!

1 Stop Auto Care is my new go-​to car repair shop. Omar is great. Very honest and sensitive to his customers’ needs (and pocket books)!
I had my car with another mechanic (the one with the three cartoon character guys — M, M and J) because the check engine light was on and I needed to get it to pass the smog check for registration. MM&J replaced the EGR valve (they said) but the check engine light kept coming on. After taking it back to them TWICE they still could not figure out how to fix it so refunded my money. I saw all the great reviews for 1 Stop on Unilocal so I called Omar. He was able to diagnose the problem and my car passed smog! He is very affordable and honest. Unfortunately, difficult qualities to find in an auto mechanic these days.

I found Omar about a four months ago after HB Toyota tried to scam me
for hundreds of dollars in work my car didn’t need. Omar took a
complete look at my car and only found minor things — saving me tons
of money.
At my last visit I paid and then got a phone call that they had
overcharged me for an item that I didn’t get. They were so very
apologetic on my voicemail. They sent me a copy of the original bill
with the credited invoice as well as a free oil change and a letter
that clearly expressed their fault. It was a small over charge, but
the integrity of this business is amazing. How many people have
experiences such as this with their auto service???
I absolutely love Omar and recommend them to anyone.

Omar is extremely knowledgeable, honest & trustworthy. He gave us a complete breakdown on everything that needed to be done, as well as an estimate. My husband’s check engine light came on after he had already worked on the truck, but we took it back a couple times w/​no extra charge. Finally getting it to pass smog.

First let me begin by saying Omar is a remarkable guy. Definitely comes from the previous generation where working hard and a hand shake meant something.
I’ve been taking my car to Omar for over 8 years. He told me a long time ago if I do a good job maintaining the car, it will lessen the chance for any major repairs later. I go to Omar for my oil changes, breaks, rotating of tires, smog checks. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
8 years later and still no major work done. He gives great advice on auto repair and will never steer you wrong. So glad he finally opened his own shop!

I was referred here so I thought I check it out and see what’s it all about because I needed to get work done on my car to pass the smog check.
When I first went here, Omar, the owner of this new establishment had explained to me in details what I needed to do to pass my smog check and gave me an estimate.
I was contemplating on the price, but he seem very sincere so I reconsidered and came back to have him and Tony work on my car.
I was amazed of how courteous and considerate Omar is to call me and confirm what needed to be done and how long it will take to finish the service. It was complete quicker than I thought and I was a happy customer.
