She is the most motivating instructor and I always look forward to her class even though I know I’ll be feeling the burn for days after her class!! Every time I walk out of her class I have a sense of fulfillment and walk away knowing I’m getting better each time. She’s the best of the best! Thank you LaLa!!!

This class is incredible!!! LaLa has amazing energy that keeps you motivated throughout the class. This is no easy workout, but boy do you feel it all over! A very fun way to tone the whole body! This class is a must!
