Bigfoot makes an awesome looking product that I can’t wait to use. They’ve never hesitated to answer questions even though their business gets a lot of people looking and never buying. Once my fiancé graduates college we plan on camping a lot so this will make camping much easier by giving us space in the car for gear and not having to worry about how rocky our campsite is.

Love my roof top tent. Works great and he even switched out mine for a different color because I changed my mind. Used it several times on various trips. Best part is the set up time. 1 min, just crank it open. Honestly, can’t even beat the price. I got the hardshell case and it’s held up 2 years now, and many more years to go. No complaints what so ever.

I never asked for a refund nor do I ever want to deal directly with this man or his company. The BBB has been notified and will be getting a copy of his verbally harassing voice mail.
