I was having some issues with my apartment complex needing our renters insurance before the current policy expires. I called in and spoke with Ian. He was a huge help! He understood that the leasing offices sometimes ask for unreasonable things and was very friendly and accommodating. He was able to send me what I needed to give to my apartment complex for our renewed lease. It was a breath of fresh air talking to someone so understanding after corresponding via email with someone at the leasing office who seemed very short with me and ignorant of my previous sent email.

I came to State Farm because a relative was hired and I would always follow her. I’ve experienced several Insurance companies. Carl Ferraro’s Agency is by far the BEST. When my relative decided to move on to bigger and greater endeavors, I decided to stay. The staff always treats me with respect and always take care of all my concerns. Once, I had to file a claim and I was taken care of within 10 days. Kid you not. NO HASSLES!!! Pay out was fast and simple. State Farm is all about their clients. I had to switch to Carl Ferraro’s agency when my old State farm agent was no longer able to take care of my business. After being with my old agent for over 20 years I had great apprehension about being with a new agency. I have to say that it could not have gone smoother. Everyone in the office that I have spoken to has been knowledgeable and efficient. I was worried when quite soon after I switched over I had an automobile claim. I shouldn’t have been concerned. I reported the incident and within 24 hours State Farm had approved my claim and within two days my car was being repaired. With this type of customer support I will probably stay with this agency for 20 years.

When I decided to get out from under my parents wing and get my own insurance, I contacted Carl Ferraro and his insurance team. I had contacted many other insurance companies prior but none were as polite and accommodating as them. I had no idea what I was doing and they seemed be able to answer all my questions with ease and honesty. At one point, I seemed to spend an hour on the phone with one lady who made me feel like I was talking to a friend who cares about my life and situation. State Farm is a great company and this branch has great people who are willing to help. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you State Farm for helping me learn and gather information to make the best decision.

They have to be the most incompetent agents ever! They never return calls and I have been trying to cancel a policy with these idiots for the last 3 months, yet they are still sending me bills! PLEASE DO NOT USE!!! Go anywhere else but here!!!

Don’t. Just Don’t. I moved here from out of state, and returned a phone call from one of their agents. Worst mistake ever. After over 20 years of being a State Farm customer, I’ve had nothing but frustration since I’ve been with this agent. They have taken over $ 400 from my bank account in less than one month.

This guy and his staff are liars and cheats. They wrote 3 policies wrong. They said I was getting a 6 month policy (which I paid for in full) for my motorcycles and they wrote me a 3 month. They said I changed my address and I didn’t. They wrote me a policy without running my driving record.
PLEASE SWITCH AGENTS AND PUT HIM OUT OF BUSINESS.

I have to now agree with the other reviewer here. Ever since Carl Ferraro’s son, Shea, has started working there things have gone a bit down hill. He had to call me back 3 times to give him information on my new homeowner’s policy that we had already discussed on the phone and was supposedly put into the computer during this call. He claimed he lost that info/​misplaced it?! When I used to call about one of my policies, I’d get a prompt e-​mail or phone call back. I believe it took 3 days with no return call or email from Shea when I finally tracked him down. He said he was meaning to call me back. Yeah, please check this kid for amnesia.

I had this sorry excuse of an agent for all of one month. In that time his overly protected son, Shea, managed to botch EVERY part of our (my GF, too) policies, renters and auto. From incorrect addresses to incorrect coverages to coverages they DON’T EVEN OFFER, Shea misrepresented every thing. His daddy, Carl, came roaring to his lil’ boy’s defense when I called them on each issue. Furthermore, when I tried to cancel my policies, they claimed they didn’t receive the email they had instructed me to send… even though when I brought a copy of the email to them, they confirmed the address as correct. There are tons of agents out there, even State Farm agents if you’re set on them, so looking elsewhere won’t hurt you at all.
