My son was involved in an accident between his motorcycle and a car that made an illegal U turn right into him. Since he was taken to a hospital in an ambulance, we didn’t get a chance to get the insurance information from the people involved. We were faced with some extensive medical treatment including surgery, rehab and lots of time for healing.
Ed stepped in to take care of everything else for us. We never had to worry about police reports, insurance coverage, repairs or being in touch with the folks involved in the accident. Everyone at the Law firm was easily accessible and called us on a regular basis to give us an update.

Edmond & his Law Firm did an exemplary job in guiding me through the legal process of an automotive accident (my first) and fought for what I deserved. Seeing as how the individual involved in the accident with me lied to Insurance (despite the Police Report saying otherwise) in an effort not to take full blame for the accident, Edmond made this otherwise stressful and traumatic experience completely bearable and easy from the initial consultation.

A good experience overall. It’s almost like he is neurotic with the number of calls and follow ups. His staff was good and he really did help me with the insurance company. I already had an offer from the insurance company but the paperwork was getting heavy and annoying to deal with. I hired his office and he added more to the offer than what he charged. I should have just hired him from the beginning.

This team knows what they are doing! I didn’t want to find myself needing their services, however am so pleased they are the team I choose!
I don’t like lawsuits… but when I was in a car accident caused by the other driver, her insurance company just stopped returning my phone calls as the two year cut-​off date for reimbursement approached. We had spent a lot of money out of pocket even though we have good insurance.
Once I signed up with this team — all the overwhelming detail of the accident was off my plate. All I had to do was continue my recovery and life. The details, the statements, the bills — they handled it all. I also hated talking about it, so they minimized that as much as possible. By letting these guys handle the details — i didn’t have to continue thinking about everything — all. the. time!
I worked with Jacob and he was detailed, smart and attentive. He was calm when he needed to be and aggressive when he needed to be. He provided logical advise and listened to my expectations. He gave expert advise and recommendations, however listened to what I wanted — always!
We were able to get reimbursed for my medical expenses (and then some!!) without ever needing to go to trial. Yeah!

I came across El Dabe Law Firm when my medical bills and my company’s workman’s comp was being more trouble than what I needed. I was dealing with broken ribs, a fractured wrist, neck and back injuries from a terrible accident that I had when a semi truck rear ended me on the 91 fwy causing my truck to flip over. From the first phone call, El Dabe Law Firm staff treated me more than a client and showed me they really cared by giving me weekly calls and updates until the case was settled. In Feb, my dad was on the freeway during rush hour, slowing to a stop when a car plowed into him, pushing him into the car in front of him. After two spinal surgeries, I then contacted El Dabe Law Firm. I met with Edmond, who was very cut-​and-​dry (which I appreciated) about our situation and possible options, putting me at ease. They are extremely patient and very helpful as well as concerned about my father’s well-​being. They told me his focus was to get better, and they allowed me to focus on my parents, both of who depended on me at that point. I was extremely stressed out as I had to go to the tow yard to retrieve dad’s belongings from the totalled car as well as deal with his customers.
Nancy is a blessing — she felt like my personal assistant. I will especially miss her. Bills/​questionnaires/​forms came, and I would scan/​email them to her. The police report found my dad without fault. The faulted guy’s insurance was supposed to pay for the tow bill, but after months went by, the bill still came to our house because they changed their minds. Nancy was arguing with them last I checked.
I cannot imagine handling this, and everything else, by myself. We also got the best settlement we possibly could. Thank you, Edmond, Nancy, and everyone who worked on our case!

I found El Dabe Law Firm by chance and I’m so glad I did. June of 2014, I was side swiped on my motorcycle. The next day, while waiting for an MRI I was told that my insurance wouldn’t cover it up front and I either had to pay $ 2,200 out of pocket or not be seen that day. I contacted El Dabe and within 15 minutes, there was paperwork faxed to the doctors office and I was seen immediately.
Edna and Nancy were my angels through the entire process. I had heard so many times about how long and difficult these claims can be, and was nervous about everything. I called them probably 9 million times asking the most random questions, and they answered every single one of them with kindness and professionalism.
The best part about the whole thing, is I had to do hardly anything. Aside from two conversations with my insurance about the typical «what happened» kind of thing, I didn’t have to do anything other than keep on going to my physical therapy appointments. They made the process so easy that and stress free. They even paid out all of my doctors and therapists for me so that I didn’t have to call around and take care of it.
God forbid I find myself needing an accident attorney again, but if I do, I know EXACTLY who I’m calling.
