History

Established in 2008.

FireFly Team Events has been creating corporate team building events in locations throughout Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego since 2000. Teams leave our events smiling and laughing and looking forward to the next one. They have FUN!

We look for inspiration in pop culture, the outdoor industry, sports, social media, and corporate trends. We’ve seen what works and our staff delivers it with energy and excitement that’s infectious.

Your employees or clients are professionals and we treat them like adults. But we also give them permission to let loose, relax, and get competitive outside of the office. Our experience tells us that something inside people needs to be challenged and stimulated in order for them to thrive. We employ competition to help find that spark via benchmarks or good old-​fashioned team vs team.
