We come here because it’s the closest and we usually get great deals on our supplements. Today we showed up and they were closed during normal business hours. I called to see maybe they were on lunch. No answer. We did some shopping in hopes of maybe someone will show up later. Nope.

I just had the the most wonderful experience at this GNC. First, I called the store for some help finding it. Stephanie answered the phone and was so genuinely helpful. It was great when I walked in the store to her warm greeting. I usually hunt for the best deals and tend to think that online is always better, but Stephanie proved me wrong. The great friendly service she provided is enough to make me continue coming back to this store but then on top of that, they had an AWESOME sale that provided far more savings than anything I’d find online.
Even if the Main St. location isn’t the nearest one to you, I think it’s worth the trip. Service is everything.

This review is based on the experience my boyfriend had at GNC. He received exceptional customer service from Stephanie. She was very attentive and knowledgable to what he was looking for. He has been a member of GNC for several years now, but was unable to retrieve his old phone number that was on file to get the membership discount. Stephanie was gracious enough to give my boyfriend the member rate instead of charging him full cost. We live in Long Beach, but my boyfriend insists on visiting the GNC branch in Huntington Beach due to his pleasant experience.

I came here to find more quest bar flavors! And mark greeted me and immediately asked me what I was looking for today or what he could help me with is there 10th Ave. and his talking about I asked him about the quest for flavors and he showed me the display of all the different once he had he also told me that they’re having a great sale right now buy three get one free! I took advantage of this ! Stocked up! He and told me about each flavor in which ones he did like and didn’t like I love it when people know what they’re talking about and actually do Try them personally and know what to tell the customers ! He’s great! Very knowledgeable when it comes to health and nutrition this is my new good to spot! Thanks Mark!

Went to GNC today. I have shopped at several GNC stores, but Mark, by far, is the best, most knowledgable GNC worker I have met. He was extremely helpful and had an amazing attitude. This GNC just opened recently in the 5 Points Plaza. I live literally next door and received a postcard on the door for 20% off. Decided to stop by there on a Tuesday evening and Joe, the worker, was very helpful. He recommended whats the best product and/​or similar products of what I am currently taking. The store is a bit small, but it has everything you need.
