They used to clean an office building in LA that I worked at and these guys were always amazing… super responsive.

Another dependable HB business. The cleaning crew (s) that are provided for our building are thorough and dependable. They do pay attention to concerns of their customers and do not take them with a grain of salt. Pricing is competitive for the market, so when we find someone who is dependable and responsive I see no reason to change anytime soon. Well recommended. Thank you!

We’ve used the company twice now and both times they’ve done a great job for our commercial building in Anaheim. Their prices are very competitive, and the one of the sales guys, Andrew, is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done correctly. So the company I work for has used Harbor for a little over a year now and we’ve had great service since day one! We used to work with one of the big franchise outfits and suffice to say we did not get the level of service we deserved. When we started with Harbor the sales guy told us he will our direct point of contact and we can always reach him with any concerns, I figured that was just a line and we’ll never see this guy again, boy was I surpised. Dave Johnson has been in constant contact with us since we started with Harbor. He reaches out to us at least once a month to make sure everything is working as it should be. Most importantly we can reach him if the crew misses something or if we need a special job, like our floors waxed (we just had them done and they look amazing. Finally can’t say enough about Ruben he is the crew manager and probably the nicest guy in the world, though I only see him when I’m working late. Can’t say enough good stuff about these guys!

I have mixed reviews with this company thus far. We have been with them for about a month, and while they do a fabulous job with some items on our list (floors and wiping down glass surfaces, e.g.) they leave a little to be desired with dusting. Our vents have not been cleaned yet, and some surfaces are not being thoroughly dusted. One night they cleaned all of our surfaces with a greasy substance and it took us quite a while to re-​clean the next morning because we couldn’t even use our desks, conference room table or anything in our breakroom until we did so. Finally, we have had a bit of an issue figuring out what the exact cleaning schedule will be. They recommended switching to Tuesday/​Thursday and weekend, which we agreed to, but some nights they come, other nights they revert to the old schedule.
I want to love them. I put my professional recommendation on the line because I pushed to go with them, and at this time the president of the company is less than thrilled with that choice. We switched because we were having so many issues with our old company, but I fear another switch is in our future.
