When Haute Productions is hosting an event, you can count on it being an unforgettable occasion. We specialize in themed events varying from region based food and wine pairings to spotlighting breweries, wineries, musicians, filmakers, and working along side other chefs.
Our catering department will cater most events. from large birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, business get-togethers, even smaller intimate dates at you house. There not really anything we can not do. Please call if you have any questions.

Started from scratch, Keith Prante, executive chef, has been working in the food service industry for over 10 years. Using his extensive knowledge in fine dining, Hautè Productions provides a memorable dining experience for any occasion. Hautè Productions has developed many menus for weddings, business meetings, birthdays, Bar-Mitzvahs and even personal dates for 2. Accommodating to any of the clients needs, Hautè Productions can provide food, wine, music, party supplies and even a venue to achieve clients’ ultimate satisfaction. Hautè Productions is a fine dining catering company that was developed by Chef Keith Prante whom has been working in the food industry for over 10 years. He has spent most of his career time developing his food knowledge in Orange County working for many reputable restaurants including Broadway by Amar Santana, Michaels on Naples, and Fig & Olive. In order to further his studies, Chef Keith Prante moved to Las Vegas for 3 years and worked along side top chefs such as Thomas Keller, Rick Moonen, Tom Molnoey. Hautè Productions is based on providing fresh, local, and elegant dining experience to a wide variety of cliental. Chef Keith Prante’s passion for food has allowed him to pursue his dream of sharing his food with others through a creative and inventive ways. Accommodating to the catering needs of others, his true talent is portrayed during his private food and beverage pairing dinners. Using local farms and high quality ingredients, Chef Keith Prante is not just your ordinary chef.
