I’m writing this review for their on-line store. I purchased some items off the website. Hurley went beyond the call of duty to make me happy. Alli in customer service took care of me(I needed to return an item that had already been worn). Most companies would of just said«sorry, this is our policy». They go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and well taken care of. I am a forever customer. More companies should take care of their customers the way they do!

I took a few friends into the store who were from out of town, I was a little surprised because the selection wasn’t that great but the service was. Catherine who is the store manager greeted us with the biggest smile and made sure that we had all the help we needed. Not too much to choose from but the service makes up for it enl

Saw the Hurley Store on the way to the pier to have lunch. «Ooh yeah, let stop back here!» I agreed with B. An hour or so later… we walk in. The staff is friendly. Cool. About 4 or 5 five of them greeted me when I walked into each different section. I shuffled through the racks and tables and shelves looking for a couple black or dark gray shirts with some bomb-ass designs. Nada. Hmmm… Hats! I’m a hat-hoar. I admit it. Looking…looking…looking… Zero! Shoes!!! Is that it? That’s all they have? Damn. I made another round of the store to make sure I didn’t miss anything that I thought that might even be a little bit dope. Nothing. So sad.

When I want to be a So Cal surf poser, I throw on my Hurley shorts. They seem to fit me well and they are the only kind I buy. I don’t even have to try them on because I know the size(lazy) and this store has the best selection. It should, it is the Hurley store.
