IHOP

This is a regular spot for weekend breakfast and we’ve been going for a while. The food is consistently good. I like the French Toast or the Tuscan scramble. The coffee is average but it’s a bottomless pot and that’s a good thing. Service is good and the wait staff have gotten to to be friendly. Not too trendy but it’s reliable.

The food was great only thing that I disliked was the wait for the food. Don’t go while this place is busy

This review is not for all IHOPS. The one in Westminster on Goldenwest is really good but this location is totally mismanaged. I went there with my father who ordered oatmeal and an English muffin. His English muffin came out lukewarm and not really even toasted. I ordered scrambled eggs with a side of avo, the eggs were cold and the avo was brown and hard. To top everything off, the service was extremely slow and completely inattentive.

Omg customer service wasn’t so hot, and the waitress brought my fiancé a dirty cup with lip stick around the rim! Wth! Get it together will not return again.

Last Saturday was the first time in a very long time since I have been to a IHOP. What a surprise. The 2 p. m — 10 p.m. $ 9.99 menu was the best.
I had the Turkey dinner and everything was so good.
Salvatie my server was so nice.
Can’t wait to go back to this location.

Terrible service and mediocre food. Not at all busy yet takes forever to get anything. Forget about a drink refill… takes 15 minutes while the server talks and jokes with his co-​workers. Why do I come back here? There’s got to be a better place to get pancakes!

Got a filthy cup, had lipstick lip marks on the rim so clearly was not WASHED!!! Disgusting !!!

…it’s a IHOP !?!

Well, IHOP is the only place we can purchase fried chicken here (that is NOT OVERLY LOADED WITH SALT). So, yes, we came back yesterday. As long as they follow OUR DIRECTIONS we can share a great plate of ol’ fashioned fried chicken. Hubby gets wing and breast. Leg and thigh for me. We ask them to cook the chicken two minutes LESS making the chicken tender and tasty. Also, we ask them to cook the fries longer with no added salt. Otherwise they are not crisp inside. This time we asked for more fries to replace the cut corn kernels. The salad we shared had a few bits of old lettuce. That is why I am giving four stars. We request, «No croutons» meaning MORE salad. Their fries taste great with their ketchup and/​or ranch dressing. WHAT A DELICIOUS MEAL!

Country fried steak was soooo yummy! Drinks and refills took a while, but the food was delicious and made up for it. Server was competent and food was out promptly. Wonderful place for midnight drunchies.

We were seated quickly, despite being packed on a Sunday morning. The restaurant was extremely clean. Our server, Gabriella, greeted us right away and was friendly and welcoming. The food was great & served hot. Gabriella was attentive, but not overbearing. Overall this is a well managed location and I would definitely come back to this IHOP location again.

Late night and everything was closed or closing.
Went in and were immediately seated. Food was brought out fast. I tried their iced coffee with vanilla. A little strong syrup, but I just added water.
I had double blueberry pancakes which looked deceptively small. I was only able to eat half. The blueberries were AWESOME! I order them everywhere and it’s hard to find fresh ones.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Didn’t get a glass of water for 25 minutes of watching every server/​bus boy walk past us!

Great service! Food tastes great and the price is right. No complaints here. I always create my own omelette and they are always come out huge. Hard to finish for me. My son loves the silver 5 with the strawberry syrup.

Went on a Saturday morning! Place was busy and content! Seated right away! Had the best waiter! Not to mention the awesome clown my kids adored who made Elsa, dog, and baby balloons! My kids were so happy! Food was great, drinks, coffee, and price pretty reasonable for a large family! Will definitely be coming back!

their omelettes are ginormous. They have specialty coffees that are delicious. It used to be a joke about their coffee. When we had a particularly bad cup, we would opine” I think I will go to IHOP TO COMPARE THIS ONE TO THEIRS.” but now even their regular coffee is great. A wonderful improvement. Their menu has a lot of variety now. It isn’t just for breakfast anymore.

This has been the most horrible Ihop restaurant I’ve ever visited. I placed a phone order for pick up and wasn’t until I arrived home did I realize half my order was missing. I wasn’t upset at all because I figured I should have checked my order before leaving.
I called in and asked if they had the order up front. The person answering seem lost or confused as to what I was saying and asking. He sounded liked 14year old boy that wasn’t quite sure how to respond to customers. After a few minutes of no headway I asked to speak with a manager. The manager confirmed and I went back in.
When I got there the girl that rang me up told me that the order I was picking up hadn’t been charged on the original order a so would have to pay again.
Finally being upset with all the surrounding situation, I noticed my side orders were forgotten again…
What a ridiculous place…

It’s not fancy or posh but the food is reasonably priced and tasty! With drinks, 2 people cost about $ 13 each. We both got the deluxe breakfast with raspberry white chocolate chip pancakes, 3 sausage, 3 bacon, 2 eggs and hash browns. I got the marshmallow hot chocolate, my nephew (whom I was treating) got regular got chocolate. Food was cooked well and I was impressed with the fast and accurate service. We will return!

I haven’t found anything I didn’t like about this place despite the other reviews. I was greeted immediately upon entering and seated at a clean booth. This is my second visit around 12pm. The staff may not be as jolly as other places but they are prompt with service.
After I was seated the waitress came over and asked for our drinks. Moments later came back and asked if I was ready to order. I ordered my food and not more than 5 minutes or so the food came out and it was great. Crispy bacon, crispy hashbrowns, over easy eggs just like I asked and the pancakes were warm and delicious. I enjoyed my meal and not only that the price was one of the cheapest these days. I paid $ 6.79 for my total bill not including tip. I think that’s pretty good for the amount of food that was given.
The waitress looked tired and depressed but i kind of understand. Being a waitress is a lot of hard labor, very little pay, and you have to deal with rude customers sometimes that don’t even tip for no reason. But that didn’t stop me from giving her a $ 5 tip in my bill because I wanted to make someone’s day since it is near Christmas.
