Las Brisas Apartments

I am updating my review. This place is shady. The moment you go to a month to month contract they advertise your apartment, pre-​rent it and give you a 60 day notice. The Manager, Tina has always been nice, but this show how heartless she has become. My Husband lost his job and now she is kicking us out! Can you believe this. My neighbors/​friends are in shock of the level of heartlessness. Also note you cannot have any fun in your apartment or on the property. She watches everything like a hawk and will be knocking on your door or coming over the pool area to complain about noise or any type of laughter. There are a lot of other options in the neighborhood. Look elsewhere its just not worth dealing the management.

Seriously do your research and know the laws of renting before living here!!! This place seems amazing because it is «pet» friendly but truth of the matter is they are just out to eat and take pet and security deposits.
The building and downstairs units are infested with Mold and hazardous Mold to top it off. My young dog has soars on his paws and sides from laying on the mold infested carpets. When I approach Tina who seems sweet as pie until you call her out on her lies and BS, she made excuse after excuse blabbing about how the MOLD IS MY OWN FAULT. The bathroom floor and kitchen floor leaked whenever rain came and maintenance just patches up the problem instead of really solving the problem and eliminating the mold.
It has now been a month since I moved out and my dog is almost 100% recovered from the situation.
There are much nicer places to rent In the area that truly are «luxury» and I would not recommend anyone to live here.
Like i said before Tina the manager seems super sweet and honest but as soon as you sign that lease boy will things change.

I had the pleasure of living at Las Brisas for three years and it was far and above the best apartment I’ve ever rented. Laid back atmosphere, friendly neighbors, pools, barbecues, and the wonderful neighborhood make this a great place to call home. Michelle the property manager is everything I could ask for in a manager and she made my stay very comfortable. She was a huge help when I upgraded from a one bedroom to a two after my first year!
The area has some great nearby bars and restaurants, it’s perfect for walking and biking, and the beach is so close! If I ever find myself working back in the OC, I would be happy to live at Las Brisas again.
