Came in for some long layers and a trim and Lynn did an awesome job!!! She’s so nice and talkative and explained everything she was doing! My hair looks beautiful! Highly recommend :-)

This is the best salon I’ve ever been too. Paul fixed my damaged hair. He made it look so good! Paul and Lynn are really friendly. The price is really good!!! Not expensive at all but really good quality! Totally love this place ! I found my new hair stylist. Paul helped me pick the color that fits with my face. Most salon just care about the money but not this place. It’s all about Quality and making their costumer happy. :)

So my hair is not the easiest to work with, it’s got the 3 tough ones: coarse, curly and thick… this has always made trips to the hair salon very stressful, especially when I’ve had to switch stylists. Recently, I had to go through that and must have Unilocaled 100s of locations. I really was looking for somewhere closer to home as I couldn’t take driving far anymore. When I came here, as usual, I was nervous and I was definitely dreading the «so much hair!», «you must have a tough time working with it» and here’s the worst for me «have you ever thought of permanently straightening it?» (I have btw lol) but I do like my curly hair, so I always pull through and decide against it… Anyway this is my 3^rd time going with Paul and Lynn so this review is overdue, but I have loved their work each time. They actually work as a team with my hair, which I don’t mind at all as long as they do a good job. I’ve loved it each time and have not been disappointed, and best part is that it’s much closer to me. Love it!

Nice move… I’m not easy to lose– and I WILL post my bad reviews. They reported my last post as if it was bad but the only bad thing is them. These people are using pictures and the name of a person that no longer works there… That’s pretty shady. I wouldn’t go here even if I got a free hair cut. They’re rude, and they’re just not any good. If you care for your hair, you won’t go there!

I definitely have no regrets with choosing the Look Salon to fix my hair. I went in to get my hair fixed by Paul and I have to say that he is so funny and made me feel at ease about my hair. You can obviously see from my picture that it was really frizzy and fragile! Luckily, Paul knew just what to do to fix it and I’m so glad that I consulted him since I’ve had such a terrible experience before from other salons so he was everything that I could ask for. I recommend the Look Salon for all you guys out there with horror stories about salons and have Paul fix your hair!

I went to see Paul yesterday and had such a fantastic experience. I came in with a dark auburn dye that had grown out a few inches and was ready for a change. He was so accommodating, welcoming, and funny!
My experience was great. Immediately, he asked me if I had any photos that I wanted him to use as inspiration. This helped so much as he could get a feel for what I was looking for. I wanted a dark brown up to light caramel balayage. And after a couple of hours, I got exactly what I was looking for! Throughout the process, he was very focused (which I am thankful for as I am not the best small talker) but still informative and nice to chat with, his occasional sarcastic style humor was comedic relief to the long process.
I completely ADORE my hair now and have already gotten a ton of compliments. So thank you Paul! I will definitely be seeing you again.

I go to get my hair cut by Lynn at The Look Salon about once a year, and I am continually impressed! Perhaps the best part about it, however, is that even after seeing her one time and waiting a year to come back, she still remembered me! Lynn and Paul are both very personable and provide great conversation in addition to the beautiful haircuts. I have never left The Look Salon unhappy!

I finally got my hair did after six months of being trapped in my house with a new baby. My haircut with Nicole felt like a spa weekend getaway. She cut it exactly like I asked and styled it perfect. I couldn’t have been happier and felt like a million bucks all day. The other ladies there are a hoot too. Will definitely be back.

This is the second time I’ve gone to Nicole. She takes her time and makes sure you’re comfortable. After each visit, my hair is brighter, shinier, and healthier after a simple cut and style. She’s great company, too! She always has me laughing.

I came here to get balayage for my medium length hair. I was a bit nervous because I had fresh undyed hair and wanted to make sure that I would achieve the look I was going for. I contacted Nicole due to her raving reviews and awesome pictures online and explained to her over the phone the type of hair I have and the look that I wanted. I sent her pictures via text and a picture of my current hair. She was so excited to work on my hair and assured me that it would turn out alright.
I went in for my appointment and showed her the pictures again. She knew exactly what to do. Nicole got started straight away and began perfecting her masterpiece. She is so confident and never second guessed anything she did. I felt so comfortable and fully trusted her to deliver the result I was wanting. She was so sweet and caring and really took time to focus on my hair as well as me. I felt like I was with an old friend from college. After she rinsed my hair and styled, I was ecstatic to see the final result. She achieved the exact look I was going for and even taught me tips on how to style it and what products to use to obtain the look.

I have gone to Paul for a cut and color a few times and have been more than satisfied with his work every time. He is a very good listener to your hair needs and is very detail oriented with his work. The last time I came in I was having horrible hot flashes (I was about 8 months pregnant) and he just did what he could to help me cool down and didn’t make me feel guilty at all for asking to stop the hair cut.

I am so pleased with my hair! THANK YOU NICOLE! I went to her based solely on her reviews, not the salon. It’s nothing fancy, but nice and clean… don’t judge a book by it’s cover! Nicole rocked it! Previously, I was paying twice as much to do what she did. Her prices were amazingly cheap for the work she does. She is really committed to getting as close to perfection as possible.

Nicole is absolutely amazing!!! She is as sweet as can be and definitely honest about what you should do! I have been to places where people try to over charge and then butcher your hair! She got my dark brown hair to blonde in only a couple hours, it looks absolutely amazing and is so much more healthy! (Thank you olaplex) I am sooooo happy I have finally found someone I trust with my hair and is fun to go to and talk too!
