Installed replacement windows on our house incorrectly. They leaked, wood floors buckled, mold grew inside the walls. Daughter became quite ill. The window company that sold the windows to this company came out to look at install, showed him how he did it wrong, and reinstalled them correctly. They ended up paying up some money to get our floors redone. Years later and daughter still has effects of being ill from the effects of the poor, leaky install. Never deal with them again.
