Melody’s Bakery currently operates out of a commercial kitchen, without a brick and mortar location. We ask that you would please give us a call or email us to place your order! For all orders, we have a minimum requirement of one dozen, with some exceptions.

History

Established in 2015.

After graduating from culinary school in 2014, Melody Plastow knew that her dream was to open a bakery of her own. After a year of planning, her dream finally became a reality in September of 2015, launching Melody’s Bakery in Huntington Beach.

Melody has been in love with desserts since high school, and has been creating recipes ever since. She has a collection of over a hundred unique recipes to date, and is continually making more all the time! She loves creating new desserts, and watching people smile as they see and taste each of her new creations.
