Went in today to look for some comfy shorts for my daughter. They didnt have any but they had flip flops on sale for super cheap. I walked out with 5 pairs for $ 12 bucks. Everything was great till I got to the line. There were two checkers open and about 8 people in line. I could tell the girl I went to was training and she did good but on a busy Saturday that you are having a sale, you need more employees working.

This store sucks! I went in two times trying to buy stuff. The first time I went in i found about $ 50 worth of cloths… then i got to the till and told the lady just to hold it until i get my 10 $ birthday coupon which was on my phone. She didn’t even offer to give me any deals or honor the coupon… so i left and went back today to get the cloths, this time with about $ 100 of cloths. Got to the till and showed my coupon on my phone (birthday coupon — no stated expiry date on the coupon anywhere) and the guy said I couldn’t use it because it was expired… what! he said well if you call a number you can get 10% off… its Tuesday 10% day! I don’t give a shit about 10%, i wanted my 10 $ plus the 10% if i was a valued customer! unbelievable. i told him i was going to go to big 5 and get my needed work out tanks and shorts… he said ok! Horrible customer service. He should at the very least sent the manager over to see what they could do to keep a customer happy… ugh so sick of these big box stores…

Hot deals on hip and trendy clothing is what I can always count on when shopping at Old Navy. This location is just as fabulous as any other. Easy and convenient parking as this location as it is the first store when you enter the north parking entrance to the shopping center.
I really like that this old navy is one of many great fashions stores, all lined up in one small shopping center. So… After picking up some must have’s at Old Navy, continue on to other stores like Wet Seal, Styles for Less, and Charming Charlie’s.

This review is from yesterday. I stopped by to check out any deals they had for 4^th of July. I found these pair of sandals that I’ve been wanting for awhile now but always didn’t have my size. and it was on sale! Score! And toddler’s 4^th of July shirts were only 4 bucks, so I had to snag one for my son. All was good. until checkout. All I have to say is. Jenny, please be more personable and smile more! You looked mad or not happy working. I have to say. you kind of brought my mood down!

It was Saturday afternoon and the store was packed. Even being prime time, the store was clean and shockingly organized. Great deals without that overwhelming feeling of needing to run. I found everything I wanted. Definitely would return to this location.

Stopped in here over the weekend… Saturday to check out their tank tops.
There were a few clearance ones I wanted, and the web site would NOT process my order for them, so I was forced to go to a bunch of Old Navys to find what I wanted.
This store was very friendly, offered to help me look for what I wanted, and were very nice when I checked out.
Im not in the area often but I would come back here when I am :)

This is a much smaller Old Navy than my home one at Metro Pointe but they have more sizes available than Metro. It’s kind of dim inside but that’s okay. Overall I’m happy Old Navy’s online system is accurate with showing where your size is available. I left with 3 of the same pants!

I just don’t understand this store. It’s HUGE but hardly has anything in it. I guess, «Maximum Display» area as opposed to variety or quantity is more their thing. The few times I’ve ever been in here not only have I not found what I wanted or needed but I’ve wandered around aimlessly for WAY too long. Sure, the staff checking out patrons greet you practically before you get through the doorway with a chipper, «Hi! How are you doing today?» but after that, chipper turns to *CHIRP…as in crickets, people…
I’m glad I’m not a size 2 or have little rug rats to try to clothe (supposed to be relatively cheap, price wise for them). Apparently if you fit into one or both of those categories, Old Navy might be just your place. Maybe that’s why the store is so cavernous! So those rug rats can run around while Mom tries to find a salesperson. Good luck with that. Either way, you won’t find me there.

I would rather shop at Old Navy than any mall on the planet. I like the clothes, there is always a bargain, and you know how to find stuff in the place. I particularly like this location, it’s easy in and out with decent parking.
The flip flop deals are always a plus — and the clearance racks are worth shuffling through, for sure.
I have experienced over the years that customer service is maintained here, along with friendliness, and that is something I care about.

Way better than any ON I’ve been too! The selection is 1000x better! Everytime I walk in I’m ALWAYS greeted and 3 out 5 times they have people walking around the floor to see if you need help! Customer service is spot on each time and they get through the lines super fast! Did I mention how fabulous their prices are?! :D

This location sucks. The return policy sucks. Yah dude– I dont like the hot green fleece my grandma got me. Geeze.

I haven‘t shopped here for a while so i decided to go last week. I found great jacket on sale at the clearance rack. I would definetely try to come here more.

This Old Navy has a smaller selection than I’d like, but overall, the store is clean and organized. Parking is super easy to find and the staff is friendly.

I’ve been coming here for years, and I can always count on them for good bargains. I just got a bunch of stuff for summer here – their sale prices can be insanely low, which is awesome. T-​shirts for $ 5? I say all right. I go to other Old Navys but I think this is the one I patronize the most, because I happen to come to this shopping center a lot in general. The workers here are usually very nice and I really have no complaints, except maybe for items that are always placed out of reach of us short people, sigh.

i have to update this to 5 stars because i went last night to pick up some polos. and i saw in their clearance rack that there was a blue shirt and a red shirt both on sale. yet the red one was priced at $ 14, and the blue one at $ 10. so i asked the cashier if the difference was intentional. i was planning on getting the red one anyway, it’s such a steal considering it used to be $ 25 instead, but it never hurts to ask!
She went ahead and gave it to me for the blue shirt price! YAY!

I stopped by Old Navy tonight because they have these cute velour track suits that I am going to love to snuggle up in during the cold months here in CA. When we lived in AZ, we might use our heater 1 – 2 times a winter, so I am ready for some chilly weather by the beach.
This store was surprisingly clean considering it is store trashing season with Holiday shopping. The staff was friendly and courteous. I am so glad they are carrying larger sizes now, too. We love fun, cheap clothes to lounge around in!

They’re Old Navy, what else is there to say. So far the staff have been professional, helpful, etc.
The store is clean, has a decent selection, even a small Clearance section (last I checked).
Free parking.
