We offer a membership health plan to those who have health insurance and have a high deductible and those who do not have insurance.

We can see you at your home, office, or even a hotel room if you are on vacation.

Since 2009, Our goal at Synrgy Medical Group is to increase the patient-​physician relationship that is lost by homebound patients by providing one-​on-​one medical care to limited mobility patients throughout California.

Incorrect hours. And they won’t see you unless your an established patient. Wow
So when you have an emergency seems that none of the urgent care places that are listed as open on Sunday are actually open.
We have called 16 of them and got call centers that say they are open Monday thru Friday. Wow. They need to update their profile

Others have horror stories too. He is NOT a physician and doesn’t do basic clinical diagnosis and treatment properly. And bills Medicare for nothing. He is in way over his head and needs to treat sprains, infections but not much more. Maybe Botox injections, but only Maybe.

I received a follow up email from Steven, after I left an accurate review of his business. I consider the message offensive and inappropriate. (From a year ago, he wrote the following)

And yes one of my friends did have your service and it’s not that great. I was there in Riverside. It’s a small world. When my wife owns a bridal magazine you can make things happen. Lol

OMG! This has been amazing. We just finished our appointment. My sister is in town and got sick. We called, and they setup an appointment right away. They were prompt, thorough, so kind, and we’re both sitting here shocked and amazed. Her prescriptions will be ready in 20 minutes, and she will be on her way to wellness. I SO wish I had known of this service before I spent 12 hours and $ 500 in the emergency room for a respiratory infection this week! She had an hour long tele-​medicine visit for $ 40 from the privacy and comfort of home! Such an amazing service. Five stars all the way!

I was referred to PA House Calls by a Hospice company for my Mom when she did not qualify for their services. I was looking for skilled nursing since the facility she is at is limited to «assistance only».
My initial impression was good. The CEO called back immediately and said they would get right on it. They sent out a physician’s assistant to assess my mom at her facility and wanted to order lab work.
Next thing I knew, I was getting contacted by two different Home Care companies that could not tell me who ordered the lab work. I called PA House Calls to clarify and was told there was a mix up and two different vendors were contracted to do the same work.
I was under the impression that PA House Calls had the infrastructure in place to handle geriatric home care but it became all too confusing and seemed that I was in charge of scheduling services and not PA House Calls.
It looks like several Unilocal reviewers were very satisfied with their services, but if you are looking for a company to take care of a loved one requiring skilled nursing, you might want to look for a company that has the infrastructure and doesn’t have to contract services from outsourced vendors.

I got a bad spider bite a few days ago and it just kept getting more swollen and red. I was getting worried because no matter how much cortisone cream I put on it, it just got worse and really hurt. I called PA Housecalls and they had someone at my house in Irvine within 2 hours. I’m really glad I called because it turns out I developed cellulitis. The physician assistant who helped me was super nice and informative and started me on antibiotics. He even called me the next day to see how everything was going. The amount I paid was very fair and no more than I have paid in the past at an urgent care. I will definitely be using pa Housecalls in the future!

I called PA House Calls on a Friday at 5:00 and Steven Richardson was able to come out the next day (Sat) at 10:00 am. He showed up right on time and assessed my brother and refilled his prescriptions as he was standing in my house. His second visit, he informed me that he had read back 10 years of my brother’s health history and he has an excellent memory! He is the best house call medical professional around and I highly recommend him if you have a bedridden patient.

PA House Calls provides an awesome service! Steven and Suzette are fantastic, very compassionate and thorough. Steven is my primary care provider and I’ve never received this quality of medical care from any family practice physician. I have never had any issues contacting them and they are always very prompt. I recommend their service highly!

Awesome experience! This PA is bringing back the old doctor with the black bag experience! Very discrete, professional and fast! I had a major throat and ear infection. I was seen and treated by pa Steve, at the comfort of my home. He was able to call in my prescriptions to my local pharmacy! I got better in a few days!

This service is amazing!!! Who knew the Dr could come to you! About a year ago I cut my foot and I didn’t want to have go to the ER, so my friend told me to try PA House Calls. I called and Dr. Steve came to my rescue within minutes. He assessed everything and I ended up being fine. He saved me the time and hassle of having to go to the ER and it saved me money! I recently got the nasty flu bug that was going around. I didn’t want to go to urgent care or deal with the Dr office. I called PA Housecalls and again within minutes they took care of me and got me the medicine I needed to clear up my symptoms. Thank you so much PA HOUSE CALLS! I highly recommend them!!!

I was going to wait until after the holidays to write this review, but I just couldn’t wait. Steve with PA House Calls was able to see me on Christmas Eve! For starters, I had no idea this type of house call service existed, until my wife found it. I’ve been fighting a nasty stomach bug for the past few days, and there was no way I was going to get out of carving the Christmas ham. After a few days of my wife berating me, I decided to call Steve. He was at my residence within a couple of hours. Needless to say he was very thorough, informative and personally called in my prescription. This one on one service is hard to come by these days and I would definitely use him again. Thanks to Steve and PA House Calls, I’m starting to feel better, and my wife can count on me to carve that ham!

My wife was not feeling well and the weather was raining and cold which made the thought of traveling out to a doctors office with our baby very discouraging. So we decided to give PA housecalls a try. We were very pleased with the prompt and professional service. I was really surprised with level of care, patience, and thoroughness the P.A. exhibited. I used Unilocal every weekend to find restaurants but never signed up. I actually signed up for Unilocal because i felt i needed to share our positive experince. This is a blessing for working professional or busy families that dont have time to sit around waiting in doctors offices. Keep up the good work PA house calls. Im sure we will be using you guys again in the near future..

I came across P. A House calls by mistake. My father was really ill and it was the weekend. I was either going to A) rush my dad to the E. R or B) take him to the urgent care. For financial reasons and because my dad felt like he didn’t need to go to the emergency room, we tried to find an urgent care around my home. I was honestly a little skeptical and weary to call/​give them a try because of the bad review on the page along with never having a house call done before. However, as soon as I called, Olivia (I think that was her name) walked me through how their service works and their prices. She was really helpful and sweet. Steven, who is the P. A, came to my home promptly after. He was very thorough, patient and took all my dad’s vitals. He had lab work done for my father and contacted his pharmacy for the medications he needed. I’m so glad I decided to give P. A house calls a chance. We have never had a health care provider that was so attentive, compassionate and thorough. My dad doesn’t even want to go back to our old physician at Garden Grove Hospital anymore either. Thank you again P. A House calls. Your team is wonderful :)

I wasn’t feeling well late on a Sunday evening. I didn’t want to spend the time waiting to be seen in the ER so i called the PA. I was seen in 15 minutes and got a prescription that i filled at a 24 hour pharmacy. I felt much better the next day and was able to surf that morning. I even got a follow up call the next day to see how i was doing.

Scam. This guy isn’t with a group and cannot write prescriptions. He charged my credit card. I can’t get the script filled and now no one answers the phone or returns the call. I called the group he claimed to be writing under and they said he no longer worked for them and was not authorized to call in prescriptions. Malpractice?

i had a phone consult with him because i’ve just been too busy to go to the hospital during the day. the convenience factor is amazing considering that i just took a picture of my injury with my phone and text messaged it to him. super convenient, reliable, and easy. highly recommended!

Was in town visiting friends, and became ill. My insurance had all sorts of out of system fees, and other whack stuff. Luckily my friend found this place on Unilocal.Doc was at my house within an hour (the ER visit was going to be about 2 – 3 hours wait) and I was treated for a little stomach flu and back at the beach by late next day. Didn’t have to deal with hospital and all that stuff, simply chilled at home watched some TV and didn’t miss much vacation time. Totally convenient, friendly, and cost effective (an über plus).
