Meet the Business Owner

Tom and Jill M.

Business Owner

Jill has her BA in accounting from Pace University while Tom earned his BS in public accounting and a BA in marketing from Colorado Mesa University. Before starting Padgett Business Services of Huntington Beach, Richling was, among other things, the vice president and controller of Boeing Capital Corporation and vice president and controller at Autobytel. McMillen also held several positions including vice president and chief information officer of FINOVA Capital Corporation. He also consults with banks and finance companies.

Jill and Tom have lived in Huntington Beach since 2001.
