I love Chi. She did my hair ombré purple. It didn’t turn out the bright purple I wanted. So she redo it again with the right color next morning. I just love how much she cares for customers happiness. After a few washes, it looks so lovely.

I have been looking for a good hair stylist for a long time. I walked in to Pro Hair and Chi gave me a color and cut. She is wonderful. She gave me exactly what I wanted. I’m very happy with my whole experience at Pro hair with Chi.

Six months ago I got my hair done at another salon and I was not happy with the result. I think I was nervous about trying someone new again thus I waited to long before ‘jumping’ in again.
After stopping across the street for an errand, I stopped in to Pro Hair Design and Chi greeted me with open arms. I explained I needed a hair cut and color, and I could make an appointment at their convenience. She said I SHE could do my hair right then. I thought perfect! I can come back in a few days for a color. Then she said no I can do both now. I thought wow — a cut AND color as a walk-​in? I was super impressed with the customer service AND friendliness!
So the important part, I can’t possibly write how much I LOVE my new cut and the color came out fabulous as well. Exactly the color I’ve been trying to achieve for so-​so long. I’ve lived in Huntington Beach for 27 years and I cannot believe I wasted all my time, money and experienced heartache at other salons. Today, I didn’t just walk in as a customer, I felt I left there as a friend. Thank you Chi for everything and I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN very soon.

I’ve been fighting a «Cow Lick» for 25 years and can’t seem to get my hair to cooperate. I’ve told my sad tale to a dozen hairdressers, and none of them were able to tame this monster, until I followed other Unilocal reviews and found Chi. What a gem! My hair looks great, her prices are reasonable and now I only go to her. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Definitely recommend!

Chi does an awesome job blowing out my hair. She is fast and reasonable. I drive to her from Newport Beach. :) Definitely recommend!

Need a terrific hair stylist who not only does a perfect cut on difficult, thick, curly hair, but is quick, professional and great rates? GO SEE CHI AT PRO HAIR! After yet another bad hair cut I let my hair go 6 months without even a trim because the last cut was so uneven and I couldn’t do anything with it but pull it back in a pony tail. Who knew right next door to my neighborhood I was Chi! I have hair that most salons cant deal with well and I have battled that for many years. Soo thankful I found Pro Hair and Chi! My hair looks so healthy and even, and actually has a style now that I can easily maintain with the help of Chi. The salon is clean and a welcoming environment. My next appointment with Chi will be color!

I’ve been battling a month long «bad hair day» and was doing a load of laundry at the Fluff ‘n Fold when I spotted Pro Hair Designs next door. Curious and yet extremely nervous about cutting my hair for the first time in a year, I stepped in and inquired about a hair cut. Chi is a wonderful stylist there who understood my hair needs. Usually when I go in and ask for something I get something completely different and end up with a head full of layers.
Thankfully she’s a pro and understood that I’m trying to grow out a bad haircut and wanted a nice single length bob. My hair has not looked this cute in such a long time! I’m so pleased and I cannot wait to come back and have her cut my hair again.

My dad and I are multigenerational presenters of our heads to get hair cut here, dad been using Lynn for 20 years (he doesnt really like change) and myself with Helen /​then Chi (after Helen retired) now for 10 years, like father like son… Thanks for a couple decades of great haircuts and last
minute appointments. If it’s not broke, why fix it. Hint: she always has donuts on Friday

Chi has been cutting my hair for years now. Not sure why I didn’t leave a Unilocal review sooner. Anyway, I was lucky enough to find Chi when I moved into the area. She’s at a very convenient location and she is such a nice person.
She is also wiz at cutting layers. I have long fine hair and sometimes it’s a challenge to get volume and shape to take. But the way she cuts the layers into my hair lets me have that volume and shape I’ve always wanted. And even when it grows out a bit it is still beautiful and manageable.
If you want gorgeous layers, definitely ask for Chi.

Ask for Chi! She is a dedicated expert with a heart of gold. I was skeptical at first because I wasn’t sure how good a beauty salon veteran would be able to cut a man’s hair but I was ecstatic when I saw the results! she did such a great job and was so professional I would not go anywhere else!
