Randy Aguilar and his wife Tanja have lived in Orange County for more than two decades and together they bring over 25 years of real estate experience to the table. Randy is a Southern California native who moved to Orange County in 1993 and Tanja, a native of Germany, has been a California resident since 2001.

Our goal is to provide our clients with a world class level of real estate service that is above and beyond expectations. In addition, we offer the same commitment to your friends, family and coworkers who are willing to refer us whenever possible.

I interviewed several realtors to list my home in Huntington Beach and decided to go with Randy. I am so glad I did. Randy is extremely knowledgable, timely, and really knows the market. He had my house on MLS within 24 hours of giving him the listing and my house had multiple offers with my house closing only 29 days from the date listed. You cannot go wrong with Randy. Excellent!!! Randy came recommended to me by a friend of mine and I appreciate the recommendation!
Randy met with us to find out what we were looking for in a home, and reassured us that we would not over pay for any home we put an offer on. Randy kept his word! He was honest, up front and does not tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear. If he feels a home is not a good deal he will let you know from the start. Once we found the house we ended up purchasing he would not allow us to over pay for the home. He made it clear what the value of the home was and suggested we do not go over that price. His price was right on with the appraisal!
I had issues getting my money released and he was patient throughout the whole ordeal. He has over 18 years of experience as a realtor and it shows! If you want a knowledgeable, smart, responsible, honest realtor Randy is the one for you! Thank you Randy for making my home buying experience a pleasant one under my weird circumstances.

We sold our million dollar plus home in Huntington Beach with Randy Aguilar as our agent. We went with Randy because we wanted someone who used the internet as a major tool for marketing the property. Randy had a sign out front that allowed buyers to text a number and get the information and pictures on our home. We had an offer in less than two weeks and later got a back up offer. We closed in 45 days. We had a very smooth transaction and no hassles. If you are looking for an agent, give Randy consideration, you will be impressed.

We relocated from Denver to Southern California and needed to find someone who knew the area, and more importantly someone that we could trust. We did some research and came across Randy and Tanja’s website and reached out. We flew back and forth from Denver to California a few times, and between communicating via email, phone, and in person Randy made the entire process incredibly easy! He helped us find our dream home, and walk us through the entire process since we were new to it in Southern California.
This is our fourth home purchase, and by far the most complicated (for several reasons) yet Randy was with us every step of the way and made us feel like we were his priority the entire time even though we knew he had other clients he was working with.

During our long search for a house to purchase back in 2012, we had been in contact with several area real estate agents when we decided that Randy was the best agent for us. He did not disappoint. He seemed at the time, and remains today, a man of honor an integrity. He was very knowledgeable of the area, the process and the current market. He was extremely friendly, polite and helpful, but not pushy or aggressive with us. He was very patient with our desire to gather data and see multiple properties. He quietly evaluated on his own each new property we saw, but allowed us to look and talk between ourselves, and then was available for advice or to answer questions whenever we asked. He remains to this day (2−½ years later) available to answer any questions we might have about the market, our home, etc. We won’t hesitate to contact him again for any future real estate needs and have recommended him to several of our friends.
