Terry and Diann E.

Business Owner

Diann began her real estate career in 1978 in Newport Beach. She quickly became a «top producer.» When she and Terry teamed up they moved their location to Huntington Beach. Diann has energy to burn, and burn it she does! She’s outgoing and optimistic… always eager to find a positive solution to any situation. «I look for the win/​win solution for all my clients.» And if she has any time leftover, you can find her slicing through the waves on her custom body board.

Terry has been selling real estate since 1980. She’s never been a «high pressure» broker. She prefers to listen carefully to what her clients need and want. She enjoys a sense of accomplishment when they achieve their dreams. «Each client has a unique situation and set of requirements. My goal is to assist them to their individual solution.» When she’s not helping clients, her passion is surfing!
