Even though it’s been a while since our house purchase, I felt I needed to write this review. We used Scott when selling and purchasing a home in the Huntington Beach area. He was great at showing a variety of properties in our price range and was very knowledgable about the differences in areas. Escrow went smoothly and he was always available throughout the transaction. Would definitely recommend, especially for any house in the Summerlane community as he knows this area very well and understands pricing.

We have known Scott for over 20 years and not only is he a great friend, he is also a great real estate agent. He has sold 2 homes for us and helped us purchase another. He is kind a caring and will always tell you the truth. He does what ever it takes to get you the best price for a home your are selling or buying. He takes your needs and the needs of your family into consideration all the time and understands the emotions that go with buying and selling a home. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a real estate agent. His staff and he contacts are all wonderful and it makes what can be a very emotional situation as easy as possible.

I always thought of myself as someone who didn’t need a real estate agent. I mean what can a realtor show me that I couldn’t find myself online at
Well it was a good thing that I decided work with Scott just to see what he can do for me that I couldn’t do for myself. He was able to show me properties that were not listed on the MLS. One was a pocket listing another one was marked ‘do not show’ so that the investor could remodel the property. Scott mentioned that I could potentially get a good deal for the ‘do not show property’ if I was willing to do the some of the remodel myself, which consisted of redoing the paint and flooring). I didn’t want to pay full asking price because it is against my religion. Scott delivered and negotiated a purchase price $ 50K below asking!
Unfortunately things don’t always go smooth when purchasing a home and Scott helped me along each road bump. For instance:
–My lender couldn’t get me a loan because of a previous short sale. Scott, call around this to numerous lenders and brokers in his network and found a broker with a investor that would loan to me.
–During the inspection phase, we found that the water heater needed replacement. I told Scott that I wanted a tank-​less water heater and he was able to negotiate with the seller to replace the broken water heater with a tank-​less system.
–I needed to get flooring, painting, and electrical estimates on the home. Scott met me at the home at least six times to let vendors take a look at the home so I could get quotes.
–When the close of escrow began to slip, Scott was able to negotiate with the seller to let the flooring guys demo the flooring before close of escrow. I needed this to happen because I had to move in by the end of the month and I didn’t want to move in while flooring or painting was still being worked on.
His services didn’t end after close of escrow either. The weekend I moved, he stopped by and got my family (and the movers) some pizza because he knew that we were probably too busy to order food during the move.
I found that my refrigerator was leaking after the move, he suggested that I contact the home warranty company and texted my their number.
The list goes on. There are so many things that he has helped me with and I’m sure that I will continue to bug him from time to time. He is always responsive to my calls and texts.
Scott has been a pleasure to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend him!

Scott is a 5 star realtor. He helped my family purchase our first home. He is a true professional. He was patient with our questions: very reliable; so personable; and most of all trustworthy. I trusted his word, and that means a lot. When we started thinking about buying a house, my husband and I have done our homework. I have search through all the real estate sites, was constantly updated on what’s on the market (what, where, how much). We didn’t think we would need a realtor, but I was wrong. We did need a realtor… a realtor like Scott. He was our advocate, and looked out for our best interest. He negotiated for us; ensured that we talked to the right people; made sure that the deal went through, and that we had the support and all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. Additionally, I loved that he had a ‘guy’ for everything. We hired our painters, and floor guys based on his recommendations, and we couldn’t be happier. Buying a house can be stressful but Scott helped us every step of the way. He is all about building relationships, and I respect him for that. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

I’ve worked with Scott twice now. First when buying my condo 3 years ago and recently, I just sold it for a nice profit. Scott was committed and dedicated both times. Scott had his work cut out for him on the sale of our Condo in Huntington Beach. There were no other condos that were our size with our upgrades so it was very difficult to comp. He stuck with it finding the perfect buyer who fell in love with the place and after a longer than planned Escrow finalized the deal and closed. He was very knowledgeable and professional in handling the difficult challenge, we would highly recommend him for selling or buying a home.
