Almost gave a 1 star last Sunday, Valentine’s Day, when they were closed at 7:25 because they«were running late.» Returned today and at 8am a worker is sitting alone outside because the co-worker with keys did not arrive. Posted opening time is 5am. I’m moving on to a different coffee place.

I give it two stars because the staff is really nice. But to not be open until 9 am on a Sunday morning? Plus as I’m standing here waiting another Starbucks employee shows up from Main Street but nobody is here to let her in… it must be nice to be employed and yet be so cavalier about your job that you don’t feel compelled to show up on time!

Drink was great, service was good, but this place is tiny! There’s five tables inside and I only saw one accessible outlet which makes this a difficult place to work. To top it off they have very loud rap and hip-hop music – and I mean LOUD! I couldn’t talk to my bf sitting across from me and I had my DUBSTEP turned up all the way on my computer’s headphones and could still hear the rap. So if you’re just looking for a quick grab-n-go coffee this place is great, but if you’re looking for a coffee shop to study or work you need to look elsewhere.

This is the best Starbucks in Huntington Beach. The service is great and quick. The women that work there are nice but not too nice like some Starbucks. The coffee is always brewed to perfection and hot. Like I said before the Starbucks in town.

Wish I had a better Starbucks in my neighborhood. I’ve been here two times now both times service is so slow. Today there was only one girl working making the coffee. I was standing in line trying to buy a coffee mug and there was someone in front of me for over 5 no mins no help no acknowledgement. I’m willing to pay $ 5 for a cup of coffee but not to be treated like i don’t exists. Won’t be back here again. Don’t recommend if you’re in a hurry!

I don’t know why it took me so long to write this review. But I work literally right next door to them at Hudson Wellness Center and things always get so busy there that I need some extra caffeine. I go there 3 times a week and it seems like the baristas all know exactly what my staff and I want lol! They are all so kind and sweet and they genuinely want to know what your day is like or they would try to strike up a conversation. I always feel like I’m welcomed here. Thanks guys for helping me get through the tough mornings!

I go to this Starbucks probably once a month or so(near my nail salon so a part of my Treat Your Self day). The employees are always friendly and have always made my drink perfectly. Every time I go to this Starbucks there seems to be a long line(I assume because I go during peek hours and it’s near a high school as well). Miscellaneous note: The customers always seem a little rude and impatient(people usually are not pleasant before their coffee) but the staff has always done their best to be friendly and make the drinks as quickly as possible.

I felt like I was walking into a Ambrocombie and Fitch — Super loud music and the lighting was bit dim.

The staff really gets to know their customers some even by name and they automatically know what you usually get! You get your coffee super quickly here and plus it’s next to my high school which eases the drive/walk c:

This is probably the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I work in Corona Del Mar and live in HB. There is a Starbucks walking distance from my work but I choose to stop by this one because no matter how busy it is they always get my drinks perfect and the service is always great.(CDM one doesn’t have the friendliest staff) The staff is so friendly and excited to take care of you! Sure people make mistakes; the comment below says you waited for 15 minutes to get an ice water? Why did you wait that long… after 2 minutes you should of asked for your water. This is a great place to get your coffee and there is a reason it is always busy!

Horrible service, got my order incorrect. I ordered Grande pumpkin spice latte, got an iced one definitely not my order. When I asked the barista she was short and not engaging. I realize she was busy so I waited and asked again. She didn’t respond to me at all. I left the coffee behind and let the person who took my order and another employee that I was unhappy and leaving. No body seemed bothered by this, guess it is good to be so in demand that you don’t have to care or do your job right. Plenty of other places to get coffee.

Stepped in to get a warm drink on my way to Burbank, since I had to get three freeways I needed my fix of a hot beverage. Place is small with inside and outside seating. Plenty of private lot parking. Staff was attentive and nice but then again not many customers inside on a Saturday night, fine with me. My Salted Caramel Venti was delicious and kept me in a good mood all the way to Burbank in LA traffic.

Have to completely change my previous review. I have been going in a lot to this location lately and all the workers have been super friendly and the drinks have been coming up fast. I was turned around on my phone and one of the workers walked around the counter to hand me my bagel, I was super happy with this and all the visits lately have left me satisfied.

Been here on weekends and received my drinks drinks pretty quickly, and made with the same olé Starbucks flavor ;-). The baristas were friendly and the bathroom was clean. The outdoor seating isn’t what you might find in Bali, but there is an umbrella to shade you. Parking is plentiful. If you happen to have some time to spare, you can drop off your clothes at the dry cleaner, or drop your dog/cat at the groomers, or drop your car at the car wash, or drop some cash at the Goodwill around the corner.

I come here almost every day and more than 50% of the time leave completely aggravated. There is clearly a process and/or staffing problem at this location. Unless you order a hot coffee, expect to wait between 15 and 30 minutes for your drink, even if it doesn’t seem busy. 22 minutes for an iced coffee is ridiculous. The cashiers just keep taking more and more orders and the employee making the drinks cannot keep up. This morning there were a bunch of people waiting for drinks and the two cashiers both decided it was necessary to restock the food/drink area and then one announced she was going to send emails. I’ve worked in customer service and my understanding has always been that helping the customers is the number one priority. It’s unfortunate because this location is so close to my house but it’s time I take my business elsewhere.

What an awesome early morning customer service! The girls are great here. I couldn’t decide what kind of coffee I wanted and they were kind enough to go through the different flavors and taste that I could possibly be interested in and we found one… half hot chocolate and half coffee… it is so good! I love the fact that they were willing to help and were genuinely happy to be there at work so early in the morning!

Came to this sbux after laying out on the beach. I wanted to take advantage of the last day of the happy-hour promo for Starbucks refreshers @ 50% off. After parking and locking up my bike outside and waiting for the customer in front of me to finish ordering it was 5:06, I know the promo ends at 5p but the barista was in no way enthusiastic to help out a customer. That really bothered me and he merely said–«yeah we already have a 5 minute grace period and its passed already». By 1 minute?, ew. I was a Starbucks barista years ago and would’ve asked the shift supervisor or manager to help out a gold star customer. The other barista nearby didn’t even offer any suggestion either. I didn’t receive the«legendary» customer service Starbucks prides itself on, at least not at this location. I hope to return and change my preconceived ideas of this location.
