History
Established in 2007.
The owner and primary trainer started out as a personal trainer, with a background in the medical field specializing in rehabilitation, dealing with health issues such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, keeping seniors healthy and active, building strong healthy bodies, confidence and self esteem. Group classes are fun, positive and upbeat! Private parties/sessions indoor/outdoor available.
