Love this place!!! I am a small girl and I love coming here. I have never had anything but great service from the two ladies who work the store. I can’t say for sure but I am guessing those other reviews are from rude teenage kids. There is a nail place and donut shop in the same plaza that kids like to hang out around. They will sometimes consign a smaller size piece if it is designer label. I have found several purses and jewelry pieces here that I always get complimented on. I am in my twenties so I wouldn’t say this place is age specific. It is a plus size consignment shop but you can find great items here. If you like to thrift or look for vintage items I’d definitely check it out!!!

Well, I AM a large size and I have to agree with the 2 skinny girls. I called to try to consign and the woman was rude and obnoxious. She acted like it was an inconvenience to answer my most basic questions and acted insulted when I tried to schedule an appointment. Why in the world would I consign with her when she is hellbent driving customers away? Crazy pyscho is in the wrong business.

This is my first post but I had to write after reading mina k’s post. I had the exact same experience here: small girl in a big girl store.
I came into the store and was ignored for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I was asked, in a less than kind voice, «can i HELP you?».
I actually found a shirt there that would have converted nicely into a dress but the place was so hostile i ended up just leaving.

this is a consignment store for large women.
now that that’s out of the way, i gotta say i am a small girl. and small girls in big girl stores get bad service.
basically as soon as me and my friend walked in, we were told to leave. the woman working the counter said, «excuse me, this is a plus size shop.» and gave me an icy stare. wtf! i just wanted to look at the bags, christ.
the selection is kinda shitty for my age group anyway, mostly old lady stuff. disorganized and tightly racked as well. maybe 20 years and 50 pounds later i’ll come back to this place.
