Came in with a dead battery, Mark helped me out and he gave the best customer service! He replaced my battery and even went out and installed it! He did it with a smile engaged in conversation on my day and was concerned I had my daughter and was left stranded with no battery! Hands down they have awesome customer service!

This is a great autozone… they offer help without havin to wait and dont act like there master mechanics… they help you with any information and any parts… i really like the seperate parking spot also because its a very buisy street

A family member visited this autozone to get some parts, but ended up misplacing a debit card in the process. I called up this Autozone and spoke with the manager about the issue. The manager just said that if the cards turns up protocol is to call up the bank and cancel it. I told her the card has the family member’s picture on it, so identity could be verified and the card could be picked up. Manager said No and that protocol would be followed regardless. All in all made me feel like the customer service here is very poor. Will not do business here again.

At first I thought this new auto parts store was going to be an Oreilly auto parts; oh how disappointed I was when I saw the Autozone sign. Even though Autozone is not my favorite auto parts store I decided to give it a shot. How disappointed I was. The employees here are couch potatoes, they don’t know squat about auto parts. They have this stuck up attitude of them thinking they know it all. Please Autozone if you’re going to hire someone, they should be knowledgeable not some unprofessional person. So all in all if you don’t want to waste your time don’t come here unless you are looking for stuck up know it all people/​service.
